Adin Ross, one of the biggest Twitch streamers of 2021, has said that he's considering quitting streaming, citing the response to lower views, constant collabs, and lack of motivation as reasons why.

Barring an incident earlier in the year where he was caught using his phone whilst driving, Adin Ross has had an incredibly successful year of streaming, quickly moving from being relatively unknown to having more than 5 million followers through his GTA and NBA 2K streams.

Numbers clearly don't equal happiness, however, as Adin Ross has now stated that he's considering leaving streaming altogether. The streamer posted a video on his YouTube channel titled "quitting streaming". He says, "I'll make it short simple and easy - I'm thinking about stopping streaming. I don't know what to do anymore on stream. I used to be able to go on stream and just have fun."

Ross cites collaborations and a desire to get out of LA as some of the reasons why he's considering quitting streaming, "I just got tired of doing all these collaborations, I'm currently looking to get out of LA and just want to live my life and be happy. LA is very draining and toxic. Collaborations are cool to do, but I want to have my own path, my own legacy."

Another reason Ross seems interested in leaving streaming is because of lower numbers on his channel, which he says he is made to feel bad about by some comments, "It's not really the numbers anymore, but the problem is that people make me feel bad about dropping numbers. That's a very big problem I have, it gets to me a lot."

Ross ends the video by saying, "I'm looking for advice. I'm lost. I just have no motivation, no idea what to stream. I just need advice, and I need help. I don't want streaming to feel like it's being forced. I want you guys to have fun".
