Earlier this year, Genshin Impact celebrated its success with buckets of fried chicken through its KFC collaboration. It looks like Mihoyo is now looking to replicate that success through another food chain based out of Japan, Sweet Paradise.

For the unfamiliar, Sweet Paradise is a delightful sweets buffet with a chain of stores throughout the country, including locations in popular spots like Harajuku and Ikebukuro. The restaurant does sell a few other proper meals, but it's mostly known for its cakes, ice creams, and other baked goodies.

Genshin Impact's next collaboration with the food chain, Feast of the Breeze, will be held at 12 stores nationwide. If you're in Japan right now, you can go ahead and make reservations for the event on August 3, while the actual festivities begin September 1 and run until September 30. The collaboration seems to focus on characters from Mondstadt, with Albedo and Klee stealing the spotlight in the key art.

The website says it will reveal the actual menu, merchandise, and other possible crossover items at a later date, so we don't know just yet what all will come to Teyvat from Sweet Paradise. If you recall back in March, Mihoyo gave out the KFC-related recipes to Genshin Impact players outside of China in the form of a daily log-in event.

Mihoyo also produced more than just in-game items for players during the KFC collaboration, too. Players in China were so eager to get the Noelle and Diluc crossover souvenirs that the developer actually had to cancel the event in Shanghai and Hangzhou due to long lines and crowding.

Right now, it looks like this event is locked to fans in Japan, but there is some hope after Mihoyo shared some of the China-exclusive KFC recipes with those of us outside of the country. We still haven't seen the KFC glider yet, but here's to hoping.
