Amouranth is said to be safe with her support network, following a stream in which she revealed to have a husband and came forward with evidence of abuse. Amouranth, real name Kaitlyn Siragusa, hasn't made a public statement since her stream abruptly ended October 15, concerning her fans and many in the streaming community.

However, we now have reassurance from a friend and fellow streamer, PeachJars, that she is safe. Despite the sudden end to her last stream, Peach says that Siragusa is "currently safe", and "needs time to process and recover". She also adds that she trusts the people within Siragusa's support network, suggesting she is away from her husband.

"As far as we know she is currently safe and has a support system that me and others trust," says Peach, in response to the concern about Siragusa's wellbeing.

"I’ve met these people and seen their relationship up close and when I say I WHOLEHEARTEDLY trust these people I mean it," Peach continues. "We have all been in the dark but the people that know are with her and supporting her currently." Peach also commented on the matter on her alt account, saying, "This is rough to see online but I have full faith in her."

Others in the community are also looking out for her. Pokimane said that she's getting in touch with Twitch to see what it can do from its end. On top of that, Alinity called the police to perform a welfare check, although they couldn't tell her the results of this.

This all comes after Siragusa broke her silence on her relationship - which she says her husband made her keep secret to further her business. In an upsetting stream, Siragusa shared abusive texts from her husband, revealing that he berates her into streaming, and even controls her finances and social media. During the stream, she also spoke to him over the phone, claiming that he had threatened to kill her dogs. He responded by ordering her to leave the house, which she refused.
