Anyone living in the Northern Hemisphere can now catch five new sea creatures, one of which is worth a massive 6000 bells. The rest are run-of-the-mill catches that aren't worth the effort – unless you're trying to complete your Critterpedia.

Oyster: A common animal found all day long. Oysters boasts a small shadow and can be sold for 1100 bells.

Turban Shell: Another common animal found all day. It too has a small shadow and sells for 1000 bells.

Chambered Nautilus: This one is only available between 4pm and 9am and is a fairly uncommon animal. Look for a medium sized shadow, but you'll have to move fast as this one is a bit quicker than your usual sea creature. Find one and you can sell it for 1800 bells.

Umbrella Octopus: The most valuable addition in the month of September for Northern Hemisphere players. Selling for 6000, you'll have to put in some work to find this guy. It's available all hours of the day, has a small shadow, but is incredibly fast and sightings around the island are rare.

Sweet Shrimp: Available between 4pm and 9am, this shrimp is a common sighting out in the ocean. It has a small shadow and sells for 1400 bells.
