Animal Crossing: New Horizons is full of delightful characters. Most of them are quick to hold a conversation with you, often running in your direction with an excited look on their face. Gulliver, on the other hand, doesn't want to chat — at least not at first. You'll find him passed out on your beach.

Where To Find Gulliver
The honor of having Gulliver wash up on your shore is a random occurrence. There is no known way to trigger the event.
Instead, you'll have to thoroughly explore every inch of your island's coastline once a day. Gulliver will be found passed out somewhere along your island's beaches.
How To Help Gulliver
When you first interact with him, Gulliver won't talk, but be persistent. After attempting to initiate conversation a few times, he will jump to his feet, ready to explain what happened.
Gulliver tasks you with finding the five Communicator Parts to his phone. Once they've been collected, he can send a message out to his friends so he can get picked up.
Locating the Communicator Parts is simple — just look for water spurting out of the sand and dig in this spot with your shovel.
They look just like Manila Clams, and you may sometimes find these instead. Keep digging until you find a Communicator Part.
Walk along your beaches until you've found all five Communicator Parts. Then, return to Gulliver. He'll send out an SOS and promise to send you a reward the next day.
These typically come in the form of exotic furniture that Gulliver picked up during his travels.
The items are worth holding onto, as you can't reorder them from the catalog.
