Hey, camp counselors! Ready for the latest updates coming to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp? Thankfully, it's arrived. It turns out that October will be a productive month for the gacha game as its second anniversary approaches, so be on the lookout for the following updates.

Log-in Bonuses

  • A special set of log-in bonuses are available: Ghastly Gimmes. These bonuses include a pumpkin head, two silver treats, 10 leaf tickets, two silver treats, one gold treat, two silver treats, 10 leaf tickets, 10 leaf tickets, three jars of honey, one gold treat, two silver treats three jars of honey, ten leaf tickets, two silver treats, and ten leaf tickets. These bonuses are available until Oct. 24.
  • As compensation for the maintenance that took place, players can claim 20 leaf tickets until Oct. 11.
  • As compensation for the unpopular changes to Gulliver's Ship, players can claim 250 leaf tickets as a log-in bonus until Oct. 24.
  • A new set of log-in bonuses are available: these bonuses include three leaf tickets, 5000 bells, one silver treat, three leaf tickets, three leaf tickets, three leaf tickets, 5000 Bells, one gold treats, and three leaf tickets. Refreshes every week on Thursday with no foreseeable end date.
  • For a limited time, all players can get various bonuses for the first 10 days they play. These include one veggie basket, 10000 bells, one Alpinist dress, ten leaf tickets, one birdcage, four request tickets, 10 leaf tickets, two calling cards, one Alpinist hat, and one Animal Crossing paint job for your Camper. Available until Sept. 13, 2020.

Events

  • The Halloween Candy Hunt is live until an undisclosed date in October. In addition to being the event, the Candy Hunt will include timed goals.
  • Players can check out the Happy Homeroom and explore event classes related to the Halloween Candy Hunt (until an undisclosed date in October).
  • While this event is going on, Halloween Candy can be found at the Shovelstrike Quarry (when the icon is displayed on the map) until an undisclosed date.
  • The fishing tourney "Pumpkins" is live until Oct. 17. Players have up until the 18th to pick up their trophy.
  • The event "Happy Hauntings Holiday" is live. Players can collect trick-or-treat sweets and craft them into the following items: a floating Halloween swing, a small jack-o’-lantern, and a Jack top hat. The event will be live until Oct. 23.
  • A new Pop Quiz is now live in the Happy Homeroom, "Pumpkin House." The quiz is live until Nov. 1.
  • New event classes related to Bob's Circus Cookie are live via the Happy Homeroom.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Julia’s palace cookie, are live until Oct. 23.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Phoebe’s fiery cookie, are live until Nov. 3.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Beau’s artisanal cookie, are live until Nov. 19.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Wolfgang’s cog cookie, are live until Nov. 29.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Maple’s autumn cookie, are live until Dec. 15.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Lucky’s frightful cookie, are live until Dec. 28.
  • A new set of Event Classes in the Happy Homeroom related to Lily’s grim cookie, are live until Jan. 7.

Goals

  • A new set of goals, "Peak Fishing Goals" is live until Oct. 11.
  • A new set of timed goals, "Happy Hauntings Holiday" is live until Oct. 28.
  • A new set of goals will be available starting Oct. 18 called "All Together Now...Peacock Butterfly." These goals will be live until Oct. 24.
  • New sets of timed goals are available every day and are different for each player. Clearing them will reward players with various craft materials. These goals will be live for 24 hours with no foreseeable end date.

Shop

  • A new pack is available in the store: The Halloween Candy-Jammed Pack. It includes 100 leaf tickets and 20 Halloween candies. The pack can be purchased a maximum of five times and is available until an undisclosed date.
  • A new pack is available in the store: Fishing Tourney Support Pack. The pack contains 100 leaf tickets, one large tourney throw, and a regular-sized tourney throw. The pack is available until Oct. 17.

Crafting & Limited Time Animals

  • A new piece of special furniture is available for crafting: Blathers’s desk. Craft it and place it in your campsite to have Blathers show up from time to time! Available Oct. 25.
  • The Animal Apparel Collection: Rabbit, Squirrel, and Deer are available until November 1.
  • The Costume Party Collection is available for crafting until Nov. 1.
  • The Eerie Wall & Floor Collection is available for crafting until Nov. 1.
  • A returning piece of special furniture is now available for crafting: Jack’s puppet theater. Crafting it and placing it in your campsite allows you to invite Jack! Available until Nov. 1.
  • A new special item is now available for Crafting: Rover’s treat trolley. Crafting it and placing it in your campsite allows you to invite Rover! Available until November 26.
  • For a limited time, you can craft K. K. Slider’s chair and Tom Nook’s chair from the “Special – Available for a Limited Time” section of the craft menu. You need 250 Leaf Tickets for each. Only available during the first 45 days after starting the game.

Other

  • A new wallpaper is available in celebration of Halloween. Available indefinitely.
