Lifeline was one of the original characters in Apex Legends' roster back when it launched in early 2019. She is a combat medic that heals and revives her teammates while also being able to provide them with loot. Being one of the launch characters, Lifeline has gotten the chance to have her abilities changed multiple times and get in on plenty of events with new and unique cosmetics.

Lifeline has collected a total of 27 Legendary skins and many more nice lower rarity skins throughout the life of Apex Legends. However, some events are more appealing than others and have given Lifeline some better cosmetics to work with.

Updated May 9, 2023 by John Wildermuth: As Apex Legends continues to dish out new content, Lifeline has received a plethora of new skins and exclusive event skins that fully customize her aesthetics. Furthermore, various collection events have also released unique cosmetics for Lifeline, so check out the updated list below to see which of these skins rise above the rest.

20 London Calling

London Calling is a befitting skin for Lifeline, referencing her role in a punk band as a drummer. The skin stands out because of the color choice and variety in the design. The black and white shirt and headband break up the purple hair and red plaid pants. The rib cage on the shirt really sells the whole look. With Lifeline's heirloom, this skin can complete the drummer look.

The London Calling skin can be crafted with 1,200 Crafting Metals at any time or unlocked through Apex Packs.

19 Lifeline Bling

An image of Lifeline's Bling skin from Apex Legends

Lifeline Bling is a variation of Peak Performer, and it outdoes the original by a mile. The auburn color of the jacket goes well with the hair and gold goggles. The pants and accessories finish up the design and stop it from blending together. The all-black pants seem like an odd choice initially, but they provide some peace and balance from Lifeline's dyed red hair.

To buy the Lifeline Bling skin, you need to already own the Peak Performer skin and spend 6,500 Legend Tokens when it reruns in the Apex Legends store.

18 Healing Huntress

An image of Lifeline's Healing Huntress skin from Apex Legends

Released during the Beasts of Prey collection event, the Healing Huntress skin turns Lifeline into a mechanical hunter. While this brutalist aesthetic is certainly appealing, it removes all of Lifeline's upbeat personality, hiding her behind a mechanical mask.

While the metal parts of this skin are somewhat bland, the great color combination of green and red compliment the skin perfectly, and accent her new hairstyle. While this skin was originally available for purchase during the event, you should keep an eye on the shop for its eventual return.

17 Vital Signs

Vital Signs is a classic Legendary Lifeline skin. You can't go wrong with this combination of red and blue paired up with the stylish mountain climber outfit — it's a classic look and staple of the character. The small yellow accents on the accessories keep your eyes busy in this masterful utilization of primary colors.

You can craft this item at any time with 1,200 Crafting Metals or you can hope to be lucky while opening an Apex pack. Occasionally, the skin will enter the store alongside a variant.

16 Mischief Medic

An image of Lifeline's Mischief Medic skin from Apex Legends

Mischief Medic is quite a unique skin for Lifeline, since it was released alongside a story and cinematic that details how Lifeline and Octane worked together to help people in need. Since this skin is inspired by an earlier point in Lifeline's career, she trades her typical scrubs for a purple hoodie and an all-black heist jumpsuit.

Furthermore, this skin also comes with a unique wing suit animation that you can see during the character selection screen. Unfortunately, this skin did not release with a collection event, so you will simply have to wait until it is brought back in the shop if you want to own it.

15 Angel Of Death

An image of Lifeline's Angel of Death skin from Apex Legends

The Angel Of Death skin is a recolor of Lifeline's Edition skin, turning the angelic feathers on this skin into dark angel wings. This dark aesthetic is complemented by the red accents found throughout the skin, perfectly corrupting this angelic skin.

However, if you are a fan of this recolor, you may have some trouble obtaining it, because it was released with a limited-time recolor event. Apex Legends typically hosts two or three events each year that feature recolors of unique skins, so log on during these random events for the return of this dark angel.

14 Freestyle

During the Anniversary events, Apex Legends celebrates its birthday by dropping a ton of new skins and free rewards for everyone to enjoy. The Freestyle skin turns Lifeline into a modern-day rapper, decking her out in a green and chrome outfit.

Furthermore, this skin is accented with gold chains and gloves, heightening the aura of wealth that this superstar gives off. Sadly, since this skin was released with the anniversary event, you will simply have to wait for it to rerun in the shop during another anniversary if you are interested in picking this skin up.

13 Combat Survivalist

The Warriors Collection Event transformed a select few Legends into futuristic combatants all keen on taking each other down with the various guns scattered throughout the map. Lifeline was no exception, outfitting her with harsh leathers and a tan, red, and blue color scheme.

This skin also features a unique hairstyle, turning her iconic buns into two gorgeous, fiery curls that peek out of her cap. While this aesthetic is certainly a departure from Lifeline's personality, buying this skin when it reruns in the shop will truly transform your favorite healer.

12 Alabaster Titan

An image of Lifeline's Alabaster Titan from Apex Legends

The Alabaster Titan skin was released with the Evolution Collection Event, and is a more elegant version of the Healing Huntress skin. The Alabaster Titan transforms Lifeline into a robot legend, replacing her typical appearance with chrome skin and metallic hair.

Luckily, the Alabaster Titan upholds Lifeline's base color scheme, making this cold and robotic healer at least appear slightly familiar to her original form. Similar to the other skins released with Collection Events, you must wait for the Alabaster Titan to return to the shop if you want to purchase it.

11 Worlds Apart

An image of Lifeline's Worlds Apart skin from Apex Legends

Worlds Apart is a Legendary skin released during the Fight Night event and has already solidified itself as one of Lifeline's best skins. The off-white tints are excellent alongside the great choice of orange and cyan hues. The hair, makeup, and accessories on the skin complete a great look for Lifeline.

It is not known when the skins from the Fight Night event will return or if this skin will be re-released, so keep your eyes peeled to the shop if this skin appeals to you. You could purchase this skin for 1,800 Apex Coins or 2,400 Crafting Metals at the time of the event.

10 Hell Raiser

An image of Lifeline's Hellraiser skin from Apex Legends

Hell Raiser is a recolor of Lifeline's other demonic skin, called From The Ashes, and changes the dimmed purple to a fiery red. The vibrant and glowing red and yellow coming after the unique purple and red is a little less inspired, but it's still nice overall and matches the rest of the Anniversary skins.

This skin was part of the Anniversary collection event, so it is not known when it will return. During the Anniversary event, the skin cost 2,400 Crafting Metals or could have been purchased with 1,800 Apex Coins.

9 Breach and Clear

An image of Lifeline's Breach And Clear skin from Apex Legends

Breach and Clear was one of the Legendary skins released with the Aftermarket event during Season 6. This outfit really differentiates itself from the other cosmetics that Lifeline currently has, since it is an all-black jumpsuit and transforms Lifeline into a high-class spy.

It is not known when or even if the skin will be in the Apex Legends shop again. As a Legendary event skin, it would cost 2,400 Crafting Metals or 1,800 Apex Coins.

8 Shinobi Surgeon

The Shinobi Surgeon skin was a surprise drop, released with a bundle pack for 3,950 Apex Coins. This skin continues Lifeline's medical theme, while also infusing her with Asian aesthetics.

Specifically, this skin gives Lifeline a white face mask, brand new red hair, and a blue and white outfit made of soft materials that perfectly contrast with her medical equipment. If you are interested in this outfit, then be on the lookout for its eventual return in the store.

7 Mic Check

An image of Lifeline's Mic Check skin from Apex Legends

Mic Check is another skin that was released with a bundle that will most likely return to the Apex Legends store and costs 3,950 Apex Coins. Instead of turning Lifeline into a medical professional, this skin focuses on her music career and decks her out with fashion from the brand Market.

The best aspect of the Mic Check skin is the denim overalls that Lifeline wears, coupled with the yellow accents and accessories that truly make her look like she is attending a music festival. While this skin may not be the most realistic option for combat, the immaculate vibe of the Mic Check skin truly makes it stand out.

6 Pirate Queen

An image of Lifeline's Pirate Queen skin

The Pirate Queen skin is an amazing Legendary Lifeline skin. The green hues blend in nicely with the black shades used and are further complemented by small metallic and silver pieces throughout the outfit. The accessories top it off and make it one of the best Lifeline skins currently out.

As part of the Lost Treasures event, it is not known when it will return. As a Legendary event skin, it cost 1,800 Apex Coins or 2,400 Crafting Metals at the time of its release. Any player who got this skin while it was still available should consider themselves extremely lucky.

5 My Wave

An image of Lifeline's My Wave skin from Apex Legends

The My Wave skin is an aquatic-themed outfit and transforms Lifeline into a deep sea diver. While the blue diving suit of this skin is certainly complementary, the beautiful new hair is the shining star of this legendary skin.

Not only is her hair textured in a completely new style, but she also has two seashells braided into her buns. Luckily, this skin is always available for purchase, but we recommend using crafting materials to unlock this skin once you have collected enough.

4 Bad To The Bone

An image of Lifeline's Bad To The Bone skin from Apex Legends

The Bad To The Bone skin couples red hair alongside a denim jacket and black pants, all neatly topped off with a skull face mask. These accents all collectively work together to create a great punk look for Lifeline that fits the rest of Season 8. This is a more modern take on the punk aesthetic that Lifeline skins tend to include.

Bad To The Bone was a Season 8 Battle Pass skin that anyone who purchased the Battle Pass could acquire once they reached level 50. Sadly, Battle Pass skins do not rerun in the shop, so you can only equip this skin if you already have it unlocked.

3 Guardian Angel

An image of Lifeline's Guardian Angel skin from Apex Legends

Guardian Angel is Lifeline's Edition skin, and it does a fantastic job of complementing and elevating her aesthetic. This skin focuses on turning Lifeline into an angelic healer, similar to Mercy from Overwatch, and decorates her with white feathers and gold accents.

You can buy the Guardian Angel skin at any time by purchasing the Lifeline Edition pack for $19.99. With everything else included in the pack, it's a great deal for any Lifeline player.

2 From The Ashes

An image of Lifeline's From The Ashes skin in Apex Legends

From The Ashes is the original version of the Hell Raiser skin. The decision to make it a darker, more muted, and cooler purple with subtle red accents goes a long way in making this a unique skin for Lifeline.

Instead of turning Lifeline into a full-blown devil, the skin is designed to resemble molten lava flowing through Lifeline's veins. The skin was unlockable by reaching Level 53 with the Season 3 Battle Pass, so sadly it will never return to the shop.

1 Judge Jury Executioner

An image of Lifeline's Judge Jury Executioner skin from Apex Legends

A simple glance at the Judge Jury Executioner skin demonstrates why this cosmetic is Lifeline's best skin. The focal point of this skin is the porcelain white mask that covers Lifeline's face, coupled with new dreadlocks that frame this haunting mask.

Furthermore, the entire outfit is decked out in harsh metals and dark brown leather, transforming this once-innocent healer into a hardened combatant. The Judge Jury Executioner skin is a bundle, meaning that it will most likely return to the shop fairly quickly for 2,150 Apex Coins.
