A reddit user who goes by the name of CORPORAL has posted an image from a 2014 Titanfall art book which shows what appears to be Apex Legends' very own Bloodhound.

In a move which proves that Respawn never rejects a good idea, you can see that the art work, said to be a Titanfall pilot concept, looks identical to Apex Legend's technological tracker.

Almost every detail is the same, from the distinctive headpiece down to the knee pads and boots. You can even see the face mask and it's pipes all distinctly drawn. The only difference is the presence of a bow and arrow on the concept art.

While the concept is uncolored, it’s clearly the design used to create Apex Legends' very own Bloodhound.

The bow is the subject of much discussion on the Reddit thread, with many believing it to only be a matter of time before one is introduced to Apex Legends. There are also calls for actual Titanfall pilots to be added into the game.

One Reddit user, u/EeryRain1, suggests that Bloodhound is in fact a pilot that went MIA. They discuss the idea that they were left alone on a far away planet for a while, having to hunt for food and dispatch threats, before being rescued. After being found, they were unable to integrate back into society and joined the Apex competition. This theory is apparently backed up by someone discussing the pilot emblem on the side of their helmet.

Bloodhound is one of the free legends, available for all to play. They are a mysterious non-binary person whose identity is surrounded in mystery. We know nothing about their name, age and home world. All we really know is that they are a superb tracker and a force to be reckoned with. The pilot backstory, however, is a theory which would definitely make sense. It would explain Bloodhound's mysterious history, tracking skills, and affinity for hunting.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale title which was released by Respawn on February 4th 2019. The game is set in the Titanfall universe, although it does not feature the signature Titans themselves.

Season 2 of Apex Legends begins on July 2 and introduces a new legend, Wattson.
