Where To Find The Happy Hour Tablet
The tablet is located in the Megaris region, on the eastern side of the Occupied Forest Of Tripodiskos. Once you're in the area, look for a body of water that's behind a large rock. Then dive underwater to find an entrance to the cave.
Swim through the cavern until you reach a wall. At this point, there will be an exit above you. Get out, and you will quickly run into a fork in the road. Take the left path, and continue down it to reach a watery room. Climb up the rock at the back to find the tablet on top of it. Interact with it to receive the riddle.
The Riddle:
"It's dangerous outside, so I'm waiting out the war. The only time I go outside this cave is to replenish my cup. Once I leave, I travel northwest from the battlefield in the Occupied Forest Of Tripodiskos. Find me at the altar of offerings at the feet of the wine god himself!"
How To Solve The Riddle
The tablet provides you with plenty of information. Yet, it still isn't immediately obvious where you need to go.
You have to head southwest from the cave that contains the tablet into the Kithairon Foothills. One of the landmarks in that area is the Pillar of Dionysos, which is an altar. And at the bottom of it are offerings, including the engraving you desire. The item makes your burning damage last longer. Yet, you can't get the bonus immediately as you need a blacksmith to put it onto your gear.
