Core Items play a crucial role in Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key's combat system, enabling you to heal your party members, apply buffs, deal excessive amounts of damage, and even cleanse yourself from Status Ailments.
There are many Core Items you can make that will give you a significant hand over your enemies, so sleeping on them is generally a bad idea that will more than likely result in causing you severe frustration. On the flip side, if you use them and use them to their full potential, they will help you secure a victory before it even really begins.
Best Core Items
As covered above, Core Items are Consumables you can use during combat. There are generally four uses for Core Items, Healing, Damage, Buffs, and Debuffs. Healing Core Items can also be used outside of battle, allowing you to top off your party's HP before diving into another encounter. The sections below will cover the best Items you can make and the Traits and Effects you should aim to get for them to make them shine brighter than they already do.
One last thing of note is that you should try aiming for S-Rank and 999 Quality for all of the following Core Items and utilize the Rebuilding and Duplication mechanics to get your desired Traits and Effects. Furthermore, the Traits and Effects we have selected for each Item are just a recommendation. If you feel something else is better or fits your needs or play style, you should change and experiment with it more!

General Tips
One of the best things about all the Core Items listed above is that you can - and should - equip all your party members with them. This can be done via Duplication or through Rebuilding and will allow you to ensure every character can apply Buffs, Debuffs, Healing, Revives, and deal an unimaginable amount of damage when things get hairy.
Lastly, do not forget to use Secret Keys when making these Core Items, as you can significantly reduce the Charge Core (CC) needed to use them, lower the Wait Time to use them, and much more. Just ensure the Key you are using has all three conditions met and its Effects make sense for the Item you are trying to make. Other than that, these Core Items will be the best of the best to rock when tackling late-to-endgame content in Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key!
