There are many things for you to create with Ryza's excellent Alchemy Skills in Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, with the vast majority coming from Recipes you will obtain by progressing through the game or acquiring specific Skill Points from the Skill Tree.
However, there is a great deal of other Recipes that are hidden and entirely separate from the Skill Tree and story progression, which are relatively strong Gear, such as Weapons and Armor. These Secret Recipes are worth seeking out, especially if you are still working through the main story or want to obtain all Trophies or Achievements.
Secret Recipes Overview
There are 25 Secret Recipes you can obtain in Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, all of which will come from opening Supply Points found throughout each of the game's many regions. While the Supply Points will spawn randomly and infinitely, far after you obtain all Secret Recipes. Furthermore, you can only acquire them with Rare or Super Rare Keys.
Supply Points are the Blue or Yellow diamond-shaped Chests you can open with the Keys you have obtained from Monsters or Landmarks. The Blue Supply Points are Common Supply Points, while the Yellow ones are Rare. However, the rarity of the Supply Points won't matter nearly as much as the Key's rarity, but using a Rare Key on a Rare Supply Point will drastically increase your odds of obtaining a Secret Recipe.
Additionally, opening a Supply Point - Blue or Yellow - with a Super Rare Key will always guarantee a Secret Recipe. To ensure a Super Rare Key from Monsters and Landmarks, you can Synthesize a Pristine Key with Ryza's Alchemy with the Rarity Up++ Trait. Equipping the Pristine Key with this Trait will increase the odds of turning a Monster or Landmark into a Super Rare Key by 100 percent, so we recommend taking advantage of this method as soon as you can. Please note, however, you will have to progress through the story up to the point where Pristine Keys are introduced.

As already touched on, there are 25 Secret Recipes for you to acquire in Atelier Ryza 3, most of which are Weapons and Armor, with some even being Seeds you can plant at the Farm version of the Atelier by using its Garden. Some Secret Recipes may be locked to specific regions. If you are no longer receiving Secret Recipes when opening Supply Points with a Super Rare Key, travel to a new region and open them there. Rinse and repeat until you have all 25 Secret Recipes!
