There is common lottery in Japan called ichiban kuji that works similar to buying a lottery ticket in western stores. If an ichibak kuji ticket is purchased the customer is in with the chance of winning some common or rare items depending on the letter that appears on the ticket. With some of these lottery items been taken from Premium Bandai Boxes before, Banpresto decided to make these collectables available to the rest of the world after an ichiban kuji featured some items from the Kirby Hat Studio last year.

Unfortunately, the Kirby box does not feature some of the larger items previously available through the ichiban kuji, however it does include some other top-tier products. The 39.4" blanket that was ranked as a C prize will be available in the box as well as the three 1.9" D ranked figures of Kirby, Waddle Dee and Magolor. The Lowest ranked prize to be included is the 27.6" towel that features an image of Kirby receiving a hat from some Waddle Dee's. Banpresto have also added the previously mentioned Kirby keychain as a new item to the box that was never included in the kuji.

Banpresto is a Japanese toy company that was founded over four decades ago in 1977. The former game developer and publisher has created various Japan exclusive video games including the Super Robot Wars series and other anime adaptations. The gaming organization has also developed a series of games that merged the popular worlds of Japanese shows like Ultraman, Kamen Rider and Gundam before becoming Bandai Namco Games in 2008.
