Epic Games Store is giving away free Batman games this week, including the Arkham Trilogy and the Lego Batman Trilogy.

Batman is a thing over at Epic these days. We’re not entirely sure why as there’s not really any Batman films coming out. The Joker is arriving in theatres later this October, but that movie doesn’t even have Batman in it. So what gives?

Well, leaks over on Twitter indicate that Fortnite is having a Batman crossover event. Again, we’re not sure why, but then again there doesn’t always need to be a reason why. Fortnite had a Marvel crossover event even though they were in between Avengers films, and while Jock Wick 3 was inbound Fortnite added the Wick skin just to ride on Keanu Reeves popularity.

That crossover event, by the way, will add a bunch of Batman skins, a grappling hook, and an explosive Batarang. At least, that we know of. There could be more in store when the event is officially revealed.

But over on the Epic Games Store, you can get a whole bunch of Batman games for free. That’s right: zero dollars equals six Batman games.

Starting with the Arkham Trilogy. This is the bundle that will likely catch everyone’s attention if they haven’t already played these games when they were released (some over a decade ago). Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009), Batman: Arkham City (2011), and Batman: Arkham Knight (2015) are all available in their Game of the Year forms, providing maximum DLC content for minimum price. All these games are critically acclaimed and won various awards back in the day, so you’ve got no reason to avoid grabbing these unless you hate Epic and/or Batman.

The other set is a bunch of Lego Batman games, including Lego Batman: The Videogame (2008), Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes (2012), and Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (2014). These games are… slightly less critically acclaimed than the Arkham Trilogy, but are still fun little games if you’ve got some younger gamers you’d like to play with.

All these Batman games are available on Epic’s weekly free game giveaway, so grab ‘em before they’re gone.
