In this chapter, Bayonetta and Viola will arrive separately in a new world, looking for the next Bayonetta variant and the Chaos Gear that belong to this world, and here's everything you need to know.

Verse #1

B3_C4_Verse_1

You will begin the chapter once again in Thule, and after reaching the first open area, this fight will start. Do not focus on the Stratus enemies, and attack the Genitus instead, otherwise, those will keep spawning new Stratus endlessly. After finishing this battle, you must keep moving through the main path and break a door that will lead you to a new umbran portal. This will take you to Ginnungagap, and from there, to the next world.

  • Enemies: Genitus, Stratus

Verse #2

B3_C4_Verse_2

Once you arrive in Qin Lan, proceed through the Great Wall until you reach the first arena, and the second verse will start. This time you will be introduced to a new type of enemy called Mediocris, an agile monster that attacks in groups. Be sure to dodge and trigger witch time as much as possible, and you should dispatch them quickly enough.

  • Enemies: Mediocris

Verse #3

B3_C4_Verse_3

Enter the building and after the first turn, look to your right across the lava. You will have to jump into the ruined wall to discover a purple portal that will take you to the next verse. During this challenge, you'll have to defeat multiple waves of enemies only using a specific weapon, and you have a limited amount of hits you can take. Succeed on this, and you will obtain a Broken Moon Pearl as a reward.

  • Enemies: Genitus, Fractus, Floccus

Verse #4

B3_C4_Verse_4

Continue until you reach a wide open area, and a cutscene will play introducing you to a new summon demon, called Wartrain Gouon. Using this demon's particular abilities you must defeat a new kind of worm-ish enemy called Virga, so use the railroad skills as effectively as possible by hitting the enemy multiple times, and you should be able to kill it in no time.

  • Enemies: Virga

Verse #5

B3_C4_Verse_5

Follow the main road and walk up some stairs until you reach the next arena, where two Fractus will trigger a battle. However, the fight doesn't stop when you kill them, since there are two Cavum in the distance that you must also destroy to finish this verse.

  • Enemies: Fractus, Cavum

Verse #6

B3_C4_Verse_6

After finishing verse #5, continue until you reach a crossroads. Turn right and jump through the multiple platforms, and at the end, you should find an arena with a golden portal in it. Once you reach it, a fight will start against multiple Paradiso enemies called Acceptance. These centaur-like lancers are incredibly aggressive and mobile, so keep running and dodging until you can create an opening to hit them as hard as possible. Once you're done, go back to the crossroads and take the opposite way.

  • Enemies: Acceptance

Verse #7

B3_C4_Verse_7

When you reach the crossroads, you will notice an entrance to the Gates Of Hell, and close to it, a purple portal behind the wall in front of you. This will take you to a challenge where you'll have to defeat multiple enemies before the time runs out, and only using Wartrain Gouon's abilities. Succeed on this, and you will obtain a Broken Witch Heart as a reward.

Once you're done with this challenge, you will have to use Gouon once again to open a portal by killing three Humilis in one run, and that will clear the way to the next verse.

  • Enemies: Spissatus, Floccus, Lacunosus, Humilis

Verse #8

B3_C4_Verse_8

Proceed through the arc to find a Time Rewind Puzzle, and once you solve it and ride an elevator platform, you will arrive at the castle where Viola is already fighting a Cumulonimbus, and after a short cutscene the fight will begin. Cumulonimbus uses stomp and swipe attacks, and a series of laser attacks as well, so be sure to dodge as often as possible to not get slammed. Fortunately, Viola will aid you in battle so you should be fine.

  • Enemies: Cumulonimbus
