Given that these characters never had their birth dates officially released, we can have the liberty to interpret their birth months. The study of astrology tends to be complicated, but for fun and nostalgia's sake, we can all guess and take what resonates.

12 Aries: Viola

Headstrong, youthful, and clearly impulsive. Viola radiates the obvious image of what people expect of Aries, but she also possesses traits that are also positively associated with the sign. She also has an independent spirit and youthful quality to her, from her carefree get-up and looks, to how she fights. She's clearly talented but new to the magic sword arts notable to her clan, given how clumsy a lot of her movements are.

However, her impulsive movements are a cause for concern since they've gotten her in danger multiple times. It's a good thing family's there to look out for her.

11 Taurus: Rodin

A renowned smith-angel just dealing in alcohol and weapons in The Gates of Hell is not what you'd expect from the down-to-earth portrayal people have of Tauruses, but Rodin fits the bill perfectly. He's fashionable, yet laid-back, even in the other Bayonetta games, which is a signature look for Tauruses. They're effortless in their appearance, but they aren't afraid to dress in clothes that will comfortably let them get the job done (keyword: comfort).

He also has a calming voice, is reliable in business affairs, and is pretty good with trade, which are traits that are most often associated with the sign of Taurus.

10 Gemini: Luka

Luka from Bayonetta 3

There is so much more to the popular belief that Gemini is just a two-faced sign. Half the time in Bayonetta 3 we find Luka struggling with himself in finding "the truth" and reconciliation with his other versions. But more than that, Gemini is a sign that is associated with people who always have their way with words and people who know how to talk their way out of things.

Luka is notable for being smooth with his words (if only his landings can be smoother) that charm even Bayonetta. He's also very glib and lighthearted, even during times when the plot gets darker.

9 Cancer: Jeanne β3

Jeanne β3 from Bayonetta 3

This version of Jeanne was a guardian to the princess version of Bayonetta in Egypt. Like a true Cancer, she's nurturing yet stern in her instruction of Bayonetta in fight and magic. She is also very protective of the princess, even to the extent of risking her life to face the enemy alone without involving the princess.

Cancers are also known for being intuitive, which is why she must've had a strong inkling about her and the princess's fate. This led her to fight the enemy alone so that the Arch-Eve of that world would be safe.

8 Leo: Bayonetta

A flamboyant performer is on stage, and we're all just spectators of her show even as buildings collapse and the world's overrun by Lovecraftian beings. Bayonetta 3's Bayonetta is a classic Leo, not just for her extravagant dancing, but also because of her overwhelming confidence and the warmth she brings to those who she loves. Although often a less-thought-of aspect of her personality that's overshadowed by her spectacular dancing, she's known to banter with people she cares about.

Leos are loyal and romantic, and it shows with her hesitations in parts of stories that force her hand against those who are important to her.

7 Virgo: Bayonetta β2

This version of Bayonetta gives off Virgo energy, especially when you consider her position as a commander against the homunculi in another version of ancient China. Virgos are associated with traits of being organized, which shouldn't be far off with this version whose given the task to lead battalions of soldiers into this intergalactic war.

Virgos are also known to be helpful yet sharp with their tasks, which shows when she aids Bayonetta in battling against the Pyro-monculus. We hoped that this version would've lasted longer, especially since seeing her whack a train onto monsters was really amusing.

6 Libra: Jeanne

Jeanne from Bayonetta 3

Classic Jeanne in Bayonetta 3 is undeniably a Libra. You might argue, she's just as flashy as Bayonetta is, except there's a charming and refined quality to her. She doesn't look like she's just performing on a stage for the world to see, but the way she moves just looks naturally graceful.

Libras are almost always called out as social butterflies and in this scenario, Jeanne just looks like the type to be friends with anyone. She even indulged Dr. Sigmund for a chat before they escaped the lab. Although pegged for diplomacy, this version doesn't seem to be that type considering she did fire two shots at Viola to find out what will happen.

5 Scorpio: Bayonetta β3

Bayonetta β3 Bayonetta 3

Like the other versions of Bayonetta in this game, her appearance was short, but you could pin her out to be a Scorpio all because of her story. Scorpio's themes revolve around death and rebirth, and while the death part of her story is questionable in the first half, she was eventually able to grow into a stronger witch that defeated the Stratocumulus. Relentless and fearless in her pursuit of going after Jeanne β3, she ends up helping our Bayonetta.

The sign of Scorpio is also known for its quiet intensity, and you can that fuel her growth against her self-doubts, up to her journey to become worthy of being her world's Arch-Eve mantle.

4 Sagittarius: Bayonetta β4

Free-spirited and adventurous are two words to describe Sagittarius and this version of Bayonetta. You can tell from the way she dresses, up to her story as a traveling performer alongside her mother. It's just unfortunate that the multiverses are ending, and her adventures had to be cut short, but it's nice to have seen a Bayonetta with her signature black hair replaced with a platinum blonde.

The sign of Sagittarius is also notorious for being cheeky and playful, and this version was just like that when she tried to out-dance (and kill) our Bayonetta.

3 Capricorn: Connor Sigurd

We only see this version of Sigurd for such a short time on screen, but that won't stop us from giving him a sign. He's practical and cautious, something that the sign of Capricorn is known for, and these are traits that saved Viola from getting annihilated at the start of the movie.

He's also willing to sacrifice himself for the cause that he and his supposed friends have banded up for, which is why Viola was able to escape to another dimension somewhat unscathed.

2 Aquarius: Dr. Midmyers Sigurd

Aquariuses aren't just eccentrics, but they're also innovative pioneers in their own respective fields. As much as Dr. Sigurd isn't the best version in the multiverse and has done many dubious things, he is an Aquarius in both positive and negative respects. He's a forward-thinker with large ideas (which isn't bad if it didn't mean wiping out realities and people), but also ruled by chasing the laws of science up to a point that is morally reprehensible.

When looking at the negatives, Dr. Sigurd does tend to be emotionally aloof, and uncaring of the many multiverses sacrificed just to attain the reality he wants for himself.

1 Pisces: Lucaon

Lucaon from Bayonetta 3

Pisceans are often described as creative and ethereal, and although this version of Lucaon is clearly ethereal and soft toward the other versions of his friends and family in the other multiverses, he also carries the theme of sacrifice that Pisces people are associated with.

He realized that in order to make Luka understand the truth, he had to fuse with him and the other versions of himself. He's also a very sensitive being, and is able to stitch up hints of who Viola really was to him before all was revealed in the story.
