Waiting to pounce on a good gaming monitor deal? Well wait no longer, as BenQ has a massive Black Friday discount on a big monitor. The 32-inch BenQ EW3280U 4K HDR Entertainment Monitor will drop from $799 to $599 starting on November 27.
That price might seem steep regardless of how much of a sale there is, but that's because BenQ designed this to be the all-in-one entertainment monitor. It has HDRi lighting tech that adjusts the screen's lighting to match that of its surroundings. This is supposed to make it easier on the user's eyes and provide more quality visuals.
In our review of the EW3280U, we found that "It's designed for someone who wants a single screen for films, games and digital tasks such as editing or graphic design." Or reviewer found that the lighting options worked wonders on games that supported HDR, but couldn't really find that sweet spot on games that didn't. She preferred something different as a hardcore gamer, but noted that someone looking for a monitor for a gaming/work station would find the automatic settings helpful.
