Gadgeteer provides you with sixty physics-based, Rube Goldberg-inspired puzzles for you to solve. To solve these puzzles, you must create chain reactions by using only physics and your ingenuity. There are over one hundred different gadgets for you to use when creating custom physics puzzles.
Gadgeteer even provides you the ability to create your own wacky machines with no rules other than those of physics. Once you have a completed crazy machine, you can share it for other players to solve using their Puzzle Designer platform.

The Lab is a compilation of 8 different VR experiences created by the Valve Corporation. They pulled know stops in showing the capabilities of VR through all the experiences. A few examples of the included experiences include viewing the human body through a series of CT scans, visiting our solar system, and visiting exotic locations.
The best thing is it is free to play, so if you just spent a bunch of money on a new VR setup, this would give you plenty to do until you purchase other popular VR games.

Game objects have weight and react to physics, bodies have physics that are close to real life, and you can even block spells with your sword, which is extremely satisfying. Blade and Sorcery may be closer to a game compared to other simulations on this list, but it is too great not to recommend.
