You'll also have plenty of time to make sure you've completed the pre-season Battle Pass for MultiVersus as it's been announced that Season 1 has been delayed along with the introduction of Morty.

It's not all bad news though, as Square Enix has revealed the release date for Tactics Ogre: Reborn, and Beyond Good and Evil 2 has some more talent on board as it has snagged a new lead writer who previously worked on Saints Row. Read on if you want to know more.

MultiVersus Delays Season 1

Player First Games has announced that it has delayed Season 1 of MultiVersus to a later date, but assured fans that it remains "dedicated to delivering new and exciting content." As a result, the addition of Morty to the roster has also been pushed back, as it was previously announced the character would drop alongside the start of Season 1. Probably not the news most MultiVersus fans wanted, but at least we'll have more time to complete the current Battle Pass which has been extended to August 15.

Tactics Ogre: Reborn Confirms November 11 Release Date Leak

Square Enix hasn't kept the lid on Tactics Ogre: Reborn very tight, but the publisher has now finally given us a release date. Tactics Ogre: Reborn will launch later this year on November 11 for PC, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch and features many of the improvements made in the PSP version of the game released in 2010. The game will be made available for $49.99 and will actually have a physical release for those that like their hard copies.

Saints Row Dev Joins Beyond Good & Evil 2 As Lead Writer

Despite assumptions that Beyond Good & Evil 2 was dead and buried, development on the title continues to soldier on. In fact, it was revealed that the project has actually managed to add a top talent with multiple big projects on her CV. The game's new lead writer is Sarah Arellano who previously worked as a narrative designer on the Saints Row reboot.

Lady Gaga Confirmed For Joker Sequel, Appears To Be Harley Quinn

A bit of movie news to spice things up now, as Lady Gaga has confirmed previous reports that she will be involved in Joker: Folie A Deux. In a video posted to her Twitter account, a silhouette of Gaga can be seen dancing with a silhouette of Joaquin Phoenix's Joker. There's also a hint that Gaga may be playing Harley Quinn as previously suggested, as a small heart can be seen on the cheek of her silhouette.

Finally, Saints Row owner Koch Media had a big announcement to make today, revealing that it will be changing its name to Plaion after 28 years. Koch Media/Plaion owns several big-name studios and franchises like Saints Row, Metro, Dead Island, Wasteland, and Shenmue. So that means if you see a logo you've never seen before when Saints Row releases, it's just because Koch Media has decided to do a Meta and change its name for seemingly no reason.
