Sifu Is Getting A Live-Action Adaptation By John Wick Writer

The popular game from yesteryear Sifu is going to be getting a live action adaptation, at least according to some credible reports. The script for this upcoming movie will apparently be written by Derek Kolstad of John Wick fame. The film is going to be produced by Dmitri Johnson, Mike Goldberg, Dan Jevons, Timothy Stevenson, and of course Kolstad. The plot will apparently follow the game quite closely, representing a tale of revenge and vigilante justice. The project is currently being described as "John Wick meets M. Night Shyamalan's Old.”

MTG Players Are Spamming Greed On Social Media To Protest The $1k Anniversary Packs

Fans of the incredibly popular Magic: The Gathering franchise have been upset over the release of the 30th Anniversary Edition or more precisely the price tag, a staggering $1,000. The result has been hundreds if not thousands of people spamming the official social media accounts for the game with Greed cards. The company behind MTG, Wizards of the Coast, has not yet made any announcements about the matter, but seems to be weathering the storm rather badly.

"Changed Everything, Improved Nothing", Overwatch 2 Players Reflect On The First Season

Overwatch 2 came out on October 4, 2022 to somewhat mixed reviews, but the overall impression was positive. This particular assessment however doesn’t seem to have stood the test of time as players have been describing the game as having “changed everything, improved nothing.” The user on Reddit known as AgentWowza for example remarked how “balance was horrible. Bugs were horrible. Skins don't matter because they're overpriced." Seems like Season 1 has been a little bit of a bust.

The Game Awards Will Feature Up To 40 Announcements

The Game Awards will apparently be featuring up to 40 announcements this year. The news comes from presenter and producer Geoff Keighley who recently said that "I am very excited. If everything holds and we can keep some surprises, it’s going to be a very fun night!" Keighley added that he hasn’t “felt this good about a show in a while." In other words, keep your eyes peeled at the ceremonies because hey, you never know.
