Rockstar Confirms GTA 6 Leaks, Says Work "Will Continue As Planned"

Rockstar has now confirmed the recent GTA 6 leak, releasing a statement with expressions of both reassurance and disappointment. “We do not anticipate any disruption to our live game services nor any long-term effect on the development of our ongoing projects,” the company said. “We are extremely disappointed to have any details of our next game shared with you all in this way. Our work on the next Grand Theft Auto game will constitute as planned and we remain as committed as ever to delivering an experience to you, our players, that truly exceeds your expectations.”

Over 40 Minutes Of Diablo 4 Gameplay Footage Has Reportedly Leaked

Rockstar wasn’t the only company in the games industry affected by a leak this weekend. Activision Blizzard just took a similar punch, more than 40 minutes of gameplay from the upcoming Diablo 4 turning up on Reddit. Activision Blizzard has not yet released a statement on the matter, but the company is expected to say something pretty similar to Rockstar.

Streamers xQc, Ludwig, Mizkif Work To Repay Fans Duped By Sliker During Twitch Gambling Controversy

The streamer Sliker shocked fans and followers recently for admitting to effectively stealing something like $200,000 from them in order to fuel his gambling addiction. The latest development is that xQc and Ludwig have now come together to repay some of these people. “I’m working with xQc to pay everyone back who got scammed by Sliker,” Ludwig pointed out. The streamer added that “it’s time Twitch does something about gambling streams,” picking up on similar remarks by xQc. Mizkif has apparently paid a few people back already.

Zenless Zone Zero Drops 18-Minute Gameplay Video Showing Off Combat And Hub Area

We haven’t really gotten a good look at Zenless Zone Zero yet, but the developer behind this upcoming title, miHoYo, has now released a lengthy trailer showcasing some of the gameplay. "Through the lens of the Proxy siblings, players got to experience everyday life in the seemingly peaceful city of New Eridu, chatting to local citizens about the latest gossip and interacting with adorable pets in the streets," miHoYo says in the description. "A new battlefield was also unveiled with a glimpse at a new boss fight, as players were transported into the perilous Hollows with immersive quest interaction together with the revelation of more diverse battle techniques for the Agents."

Like A Dragon Producer Says Name Changed In West Because "We're Not Talking About Yakuza"

Fans of the franchise have been wondering why the name of their favorite game was changed from Yakuza to Like a Dragon. "We are talking about the criminal underworld, but we're not talking about Yakuza," Producer at Sega Masayoshi Yokoyama explained. "So, it just makes sense for us not to include them in the name. If we carry through the accent, we'd be ‘Yakuza: Ishin!’ It's not ‘Yakuza: Ishin!’ That's not what it's about, so ‘Like a Dragon: Ishin!’ makes more sense." Well said.
