The newest update to the Sndroid and iOS MMO Black Desert Mobile includes the long-awaited Striker class. The martial-arts-based class revolves around stringing combos of hand-to-hand combat to take down foes.

The Striker is the eighth class to be released into the game, which launched globally in December 2019. Players have known about its coming release since January, whan Black Desert Mobile annouced its plans for the first half of 2020.

There are still two classes yet to be released -- the Lahn and the Guardian.

The addition of the Striker comes with a limited-time level-up event, complete with rewards. Players can earn a Tier 2 Pet Chest, Boss Stamp, Ancient Tablet Chest, Shiny Accessory Chest, and Elgriffin’s Defense Gear Chest.

The Field of Valor co-op mode is also making a return to Black Desert Mobile, allowing teams of five to take part in a 30-minute battle against hordes of monsters, sharing in the rewards at the end.

The consistent updates of content and events have no doubt been part of what's made Black Desert Mobile a success with mobile audiences. It looks like we still have a lot to look forward to in the near future.
