Apparently, chaotic arsenal and inventory mayhem is not enough fun for Borderlands 3 players. So welcome to the crew challenges. Borderlands 3 is all about "getting stronger and getting richer," especially when considering that filling your inventory with the strongest artillery is half the fun. So when crew challenges offer themselves to you with the promise of experience, cash, or Eridium, the answer is obvious. You take the challenge.

A set of crew challenges is found within every map of Pandora, but this guide will escort you specifically through the Cathedral of the Twin Gods crew challenges. And although this area may be smaller, still keep a ready trigger finger while roaming through it, because it's also full of more aggressive enemy types.

5 Typhon Logs

Typhon logs recount the adventures of Typhon DeLeon, the very first Vault Hunter. But, these things offer more than just lore. If you collect all the Typhon logs in each area, you are given access to some goods that you won't want to miss out on so make sure to collect them all.  Now, there is no set number of Typhon logs per location, but in the Cathedral  of Twin Gods, there are three.

Here's where you can find them. Typhon log #1: Right at the start of the cathedral, there is a Typhon log up above facing the "Children of the Vault" sign. Don't fret though, there is a way up there through the cathedral. Typhon log #2: Near the fast travel point, look over the nearby cliff and you will see a Typhon log on the platform below. Typhon log #3: East of the cathedral, just walk along Fateward Walk to a cliff overlooking a ravine where the Typhon dead drop is.

4 Typhon Dead Drop

Like a thank you for even taking the time to listen to what is essentially the scattered pages to Typhon DeLeon's life story, he gives you the Typhon dead drop after you collect all the Typhon logs in the area. Here's how to get to the Typhon dead drop. From Typhon log #3 mentioned, above, all you have to do is jump down the gulch and loot it.

Completing this mission gives you randomized items ranging between uncommon to legendary weapons or shields. Alternatively, you can also get items for your room back in Sanctuary if you're down for some interior decoration.

3 Dead Claptrap

The beloved Claptrap can be annoying with his overzealous voice-box and slightly obnoxious personality, but there's no denying he holds a special place in every player's heart. Once manufactured for the masses by Hyperion for general tasks, Jack eliminated the production line, creating a series of dead Claptraps that haunts the game with his post mortem talk. Collecting all the dead Claptraps awards the player the "There is probably no achievement or trophy" achievement. So if you're looking for that last dead Claptrap from The Cathedral of The Twin Gods map, here's how to find him.

Dead Claptrap is located between the Outer Sanctum and the Courtyard of the Damned. Going towards the Outer Sanctum, there is a boarded up wall on your left. Breaking it and making your way inside, you'll find a dead Claptrap hanging on the wall. Salvage the Antenna accessory to complete the mission. Completing this crew challenge gives you the Baker Maker++ legendary weapon.

2 Target Of Opportunity

Borderlands 3's Target of Opportunity crew challenges require defeating a unique enemy. In the Cathedral of the Twin Gods, that enemy happens to be Crushjaw from Atlas' Most Wanted List.

In general, Crushjaw has an increased chance of dropping two legendary items: the Jericho Rocket Launcher, and the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Shield. Fitting with his skeletal design, Crushjaw is also the only one who drops the unique Bone Shredder Pistol. Here's how to find a beat Crushjaw. Found in the Eridium Sluice area, you'll find the Target of Opportunity arena at the bottom of two ramps. Use corrosive weapons and grenades to get through his tough armor. Jump to avoid Crushjaw's version of a ground pound. Completing this crew challenge gives you the Vicious Lyuda legendary sniper.

1 Crimson Radio

The Children of the Vault (the big baddies of Borderlands 3) use broadcast towers to spread propaganda all throughout Pandora. But Mad Moxxi has a plan where you come in: Crimson Radio — sabotage all the broadcast towers by turning off the main panel.

Here's how to complete Crimson Radio. Located in the middle of the map, you can always drive there with a vehicle from the Catch-A-Ride station. You'll find it on a platform high up under a large pipe. Don't worry, Moxxi will chime in when you're close and you'll hear broadcasts (news, music, ads, etc.). Because it's high up, you will have to do some climbing. So start from the large storage containers located at the bottom of the tower and work your way from there.
