A YouTube user has decided to celebrate Cyberpunk 2077's horrendous launch by making a buggy version of the game's 2018 E3 trailer.
Cyberpunk 2077's launch will go down in gaming history as one of the worst, with players suffering all manner of bugs and glitches ranging from constantly urinating NPCs to driving naked while T-posing. It's fair to say that CD Projekt Red has created a disaster of a PR case, but some fans are having fun with the numerous issues that the game has on base consoles.
First discovered by PC Gamer, one YouTube user has even gone as far as recreating Cyberpunk 2077's E3 trailer from 2018, albeit with a lot more bugs than the original. The brutal trailer, uploaded and created by Ryan Campbell Beans, shows a massive collection of bugs that litter the console version of the game. This includes major graphical glitches, flying vehicles, wonky shadows, disappearing enemies and NPCs, and lots more.
This entire video shows just how disastrous the console launch of Cyberpunk 2077 has been. Every day it seems more new and bizarre bugs are discovered, and the game probably should have been delayed into next year before release. The more understanding fans out there would have been perfectly happy to wait for another few months rather than be stuck with a nearly unplayable game.
Just the sheer volume of glitches and bugs that have been found, which are enough to fill a minute long YouTube video, is enough to justify people wanting a refund. If you are one of the unlucky ones who has been burned by the state of Cyberpunk 2077 and you're looking for a refund, be aware it's more difficult than CD Projekt Red makes it seem.
When it comes to digital orders, Microsoft and Sony have fairly draconian refund policies, meaning that the majority of Cyberpunk 2077 owners who bought the game digitally won't be able to get refunds. The game will hopefully have a large amount of the issues fixed in a few months time, but I guess all you can do between now and then is laugh.
