Learning your ranges and how to control your reticle movement will be the biggest learning curve with this weapon. Once you have it down, taking out enemies at short, mid, and long-range distances will not be an issue whatsoever.
In short and mid-range, a single burst to the chest is more often than not a kill. Do your best to not lose control of the weapon's recoil by taking shots once it's centered again.
