Call of Duty: Warzone recently added the Array Radar Tower to give snipers the higher ground, but it also serves as a formidable obstacle for intrepid players to climb.

A handful of new locations were added to Warzone in the Season 3 update, and we’ve covered all of these locations within the new Verdansk ‘84 map. The Goya Summit, the Salt Mine, and the Factory now dwell in the expanses previously occupied by other low-lying structures, but the Array is a vertical behemoth primed to give snipers an eagle-eyed advantage on the battlefield. The tower supplies walkways to make your transition easier from one end to the other, and there are also ziplines on either side of the structure to help you get to the top. One player, however, decided to scale the Array in their own style.

YouTuber ‘Thats_Frosty’ provided a brief walkthrough on how to get to the very top of the Array Radar Tower. After using the rappel to arrive halfway, the player then navigates to the middle beams of the structure and mounts them all the way up to the top. It’s a tricky endeavor, one that requires patience and accuracy, but the reward at the summit is worth it. The YouTuber claims that they were one of the first players to be able to step out onto the outer beams of the tower, for a stunning view of Verdansk and opponents.

The fictional city of Verdansk is known to be based on the real-life location of Donetsk City, Ukraine, and the Array Radar Tower is a direct replica of one of the abandoned structures within the Chernobyl exclusion zone. If you look at the Duga Radar System, it is an exact match to the Array Tower, which Warzone has made great use of.

Legging it from one corner of Verdansk to the other by various means can be a risky operation, which is why Warzone may be welcoming back a new fast-travel system in the future. A leaked survey stated that players will be able to use red doors to fast travel, replacing the previous subway system.
