Catherine: Full Body is an enhanced version of the original cult classic game that adds a third route. At its core, the game is a mixture of a puzzle solver and a dating sim perfectly woven into one seamless experience. The animated cutscenes in the games are gorgeous, and all of the girls are memorable, lively characters that you can easily find yourself swooning over.
Out of the trio, there is Vincent's original girlfriend, Katherine Mcbride, a smart, goal-oriented woman who is ready to settle down. Getting on her route can be a bit tricky, though, especially since you can easily jump onto one of the other two routes with just a few bad choices.
The Good and Evil Meter
You will notice very early on in the game that there is a small meter that appears when you make a choice. You can find the meter swaying towards either the good or evil side, depending on what answers in the game you choose while talking in the bar and in the confessional. To get on Katherine's route and get her good ending, you will need to have the meter go to the blue side.

To do this, you need to choose the safe answers in the confessional; the lawful answers are the ones to do with marriage, love, and being honest. Don't choose the answers that lean towards parting, dating young girls, or being unfaithful. Keep in mind that your answers will need to change a bit in order to see all endings, so you will need to go through the game multiple times.

On top of properly adjusting your meter, you will also want to pay special attention to your choices on the ninth night.
Bad Ending
- Have the meter in the red.

Normal Ending
- Have the meter in the blue, but not all the way over.

Good Ending
- Have the meter all the way in the blue.
- Dialogue choices for the ninth night: State that you want a peaceful life.
True Ending - New Full Body Addition
- Be sure to respond to Katherine throughout the game.
- Have the meter in the middle.
- Dialogue choices for the ninth night: Yes, No, and No.
As you can see, getting all the endings will depend heavily on what your choices on the ninth night are and where your meter stands. It will take several different playthroughs to get all the endings, so using the autoplay feature is one of the quickest ways to see everyone's endings.
