Keeran Iyer will provide your first lead, informing you that Ma frequents a wine bar across the street in the Civic District, Wine Haus. Enter Wine Haus and make a beeline for the bartender. After speaking with him, Amira will order a complicated cocktail called the Startled Bartender. This order will buy you time to hack into Wine Haus's register.
First, approach the register and select the Investigate option to hack the register. Then, you'll have to complete a memory match puzzle depicted below.
Once you open Gilbert Ma's transaction history, you'll discover that Ma favors red wines from the Burgundy region of France.
Which Wine Should You Buy To Bribe Gilbert Ma?
Now that you know what kind of wine Gilbert Ma likes, you'll need to buy a bottle to bribe him. But unfortunately, wine is a depleting resource in dystopian Singapore. Luckily, Justin Koh knows of a spot that still sells bottles in Toa Payoh, Terroir. So take the subway to Toa Payoh and click on the Terroir icon to begin your shopping mission.
Finding the right wine to bribe Gilbert Ma with is a little tricky. Some grapes, such as Champagne, are easy to single out and ignore. However, it's best to research every bottle you come across to find the correct wine. With some deep digging, you should discover that the wine to buy is the Morey St. Denis from 2026.
How To Find Gilbert Ma
After purchasing the bottle of Morey St. Denis, you'll get a call from Keeran Iyer informing you of Gilbert Ma's location. Luckily, he is in Chinatown at Madame Chan's Palace, right across from your office. Once you do the necessary traveling, you'll need to find a man wearing a navy suit and white shirt.
While finding a man in a navy suit seems like s simple task, you'll learn that it is more complex than it sounds. A couple of people at Madame Chan's Palace are wearing similar attire. However, Gilbert Ma is bald and hunched over a table with his jacket off. Therefore, you'll see navy trousers and a white shirt.
Through your discussion with Gilbert Ma, you'll learn two vital names: Ray Lam (the transit authority employee) and Xu Enling (the Wu Wang Group contact bribing Lam). Then Gilbert Ma will ramble incoherently for a few hours until he passes out.
After Gilbert Ma passes out, travel back to Keeran Iyer's office in the Civic District to relay the information back to him and collect your commission.
