Let's say you're a Call Of Duty fan who lives in the UK and loves chain restaurant fish and chips. Then here's a deal that is tailored to your exact tastes.

Harry Ramsden's, a chain known for its fish and chips, is running a wild promotion this weekend. If you order a cod and chips meal and have it delivered via the Uber Eats app, you'll get a free copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Because Call Of Duty equals COD. Get it?

There are of course some stipulations to the deal, reports Eurogamer. First, it starts today, Friday the 12th of October, and runs "while stocks last." That means the free games will probably go fast. Also, the meals have to be ordered from one of three specific locations: Manchester, Birmingham, and London Victoria.

It's also worth noting, because this matters to some people, that the promotion does not actually give a free disc of the game. It will come in the form of a digital download code. Which actually totally fits the theme of convenience that Harry Ramsden's seems to be going for with the Uber Eats delivery of fast food. I'm just pointing it out because there are those who need to have their games in physical form.

Regardless of your opinion on video game formats, this is an amazing deal. You spend £7.99 to get a decent meal and a free game. I can't actually attest to the quality of Harry Ramsden's cod and chips, being from the U.S. and all, but I have to imagine it's at least worth stomaching to get one of this year's hottest new games for absolutely free.

Meanwhile, if you're still on the fence about Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4, early reports are looking pretty good. There's already talk of crossplay, even on the PS4. The battle royale beta alone took a good chunk of PUBG's players. And it looks like the developers are already listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly.
