Call of Duty Mobile fans have a lot to be excited about in the days to come – specifically the return of Attack of the Undead. The fan-favorite game mode will be returning on September 4, along with new tournaments and seasonal challenges.

Season 9 of CoD Mobile is roughly halfway done, but that doesn't mean that the updates have stopped. New seasonal challenges dropped into the game yesterday, alongside Prop Hunt and Snipers Only modes. These game variants are only going to be running until September 3, so love or hate them, they won't be around for long.

In a post on the official CoD Mobile community subreddit, we were given all of the details of the mid-season update, as well as some changes with the World Championship 3B Stage rewards. Participating teams in the Championship are competing for 10,000 CoD points. North American and Western European teams will be playing on September 5 and 6. The final two seasonal challenges were released just a few days ago, rewarding players with tons of cool stuff.

Upon completion of these challenges, you'll unlock new weapons, the character American Bulldog, a brand new perk, and thermite grenades. The final half of the season is jam-packed with things that are designed to give you a leg up in the next season, so you're going to want to make sure you get in on these challenges.

If you're the kind of CoD player that likes to play on mobile and console or PC, you'll be glad to hear that Attack of the Undead is, in a way, also coming to Warzone. Everybody seems to love this game variant and Activision is acknowledging that fact. While the other events for this season have an end date, Attack of the Undead does not. Hopefully they don't take it away anytime soon so we can continue chasing each other around, trying to infect other players.
