Following Gina Carano’s termination from all future Star Wars projects, conservatives are now attempting to get The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal sacked as well, with Donald Trump Jr. suggesting that firing Carano but not Pascal is "sexist."

On Instagram, Carano, who likened the treatment of conservatives to the treatment Jews during the Third Reich, posted an image of a Jewish woman being chased by Nazis, asking, “How is that different from hating someone for their political views?”

Carano, who appeared in the first and second seasons of The Mandalorian as mercenary Cara Dune, is a former mixed martial artist. She has previously been blasted on social media for spreading misinformation about mask-wearing and voter fraud. Last fall, she was also accused of transphobia after changing her Twitter bio to read, "Beep/Bop/Boop," mocking people who use pronouns in their bios.

On Wednesday, Carano was fired by Lucasfilm. “Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future. Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable,” the company said in a statement to Variety.

Now, conservatives are crying foul, claiming that Pascal, who compared migrant children in the US to Jewish children in Nazi Germany on Twitter in 2018, should be fired as well. "#ThisIsAmerica," Pascal wrote, tweeting an image that of migrant children in a cage.

“Hey @disneyplus, isn't this a'social media post denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities' and isn't it 'abhorrent and unacceptable'?” Steven Crowder asked, tagging the company, while Ben Shapiro added, “Disney+ must immediately fire any actor who has made an overwrought Holocaust comparison.”

Sen. Ted Cruz also got in on the action, tweeting, “Texan Gina Carano broke barriers in the Star Wars universe: not a princess, not a victim, not some emotionally tortured Jedi. She played a woman who kicked ass & who girls looked up to. She was instrumental in making Star Wars fun again. Of course Disney canceled her.”

The hashtag #CancelDisneyPlus has also been trending with conservatives asking for a boycott of the streaming service, which has over 90 million subscribers.
