There are too many reasons to be hyped for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. It could be among the best racing games of its generation based on its revamped content. It's coming soon, and we couldn't be more ecstatic for this release. These are 10 reasons to be hyped for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

10 It's Going To Have Online Play!

The first and foremost reason to be hyped for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is that it will include online play, a feature non-existent in the original 1999 Crash Team Racing game. Online matches will keep the game from going stale since racing against A.I. has its pitfalls. Online races will also allow us to play with our friends.

Another bonus of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled's online play is leaderboards. We'll be able to track our best race times and compare it with the leading race times in the world and with friends. Online play is possibly the most significant change to Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled, and we are hyped.

9 We Finally Get Another Kart Racing Game

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was everything we asked for and more. It included a bonus level that wasn't present in the original game. Vicarious Visions created the map "Stormy Ascent" from scratch offering it as a free DLC.

Missing from Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was a Crash Team Racing game. Fans asked for it, and now it's going to be released. Just to receive another kart racing game is too good to be true. Sure games like Mario Kart 8, Nickelodeon Kart Racers, and Team Sonic Racing aren't bad games, yet it feels like another kart game is what this console generation needs.

8 Wow! Look At Its Ridiculous Gameplay

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will not only be given a brand-new skin, but it will also include gameplay enhancements. The original Crash Team Racing is already considered one of the best kart racers ever and if Beenox can improve on that gameplay, it might just secure its spot atop the kart racing genre.

With its tight controls, simple but hard to master turbo-boosting system and awesome Adventure Mode, the gameplay in this title is too good to ignore.

7 It Will Support Local Multiplayer

If there's one feature that video games have been missing in past years, it is local multiplayer. More gamers are switching to online play, but there is still a strong demand in the video game market for local multiplayer.

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will include local multiplayer for up to four people. It seems as if developer Beenox is doing everything possible to appease gamers' demands. We are looking forward to beating friends in a couch co-op clash, and possibly, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will be a hit at esports events.

6 Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Offers Pre-Order Bonus Items

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is worth pre-ordering since it will offer in-game bonuses instead of merely allowing you to download it ahead of time.

According to the description listed in the PlayStation Store, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will include a "PlayStation-themed kart sticker pack," and an Electron Skins Pack that consists of the Crash, Coco & Cortex Electron Skins, each with a unique podium animation." Reportedly,  Gamestop is giving away Nitrous Oxide pins while supplies last. These bonuses will be delivered at launch.

5 It's Going To Be Sold In A PlayStation 4 Bundle

We are eagerly looking forward to getting our hands on Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, and for some people, buying an upcoming Crash Team Racing PlayStation 4 bundle is an option. It is confirmed that Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled will be part of more than one PlayStation 4 bundle.

According to playstationlifestyle.net, "The first bundle is the perfect starter pack for those wanting to jump in and race against their friends. It comes with a copy of Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled in addition to a 1 TB PS4, though instead of one Dualshock 4 controllers, it comes with two!"

4 It's Coming To All Consoles On Launch

Instead of being a timed PlayStation 4 exclusive like Crash Bandicoot The N-Sane Trilogy was, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will launch across all three major platforms. The game isn't going to allow cross-platform play between the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, but it is a feature that could be added in a later update.

We know that a significant number of players are looking forward to more cross-platform games like Fortnite, Minecraft, and Rocket League. On the bright side, the game will support multiplayer online, which is rare for most game remakes.

3 Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Is Releasing In June 2019

With a release date of June 21, 2019, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is just around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled's release comes near the beginning of the summer when there are fewer game releases.

Typically, the most anticipated games release in the fall and winter before Christmas, but thankfully, we are going to get to play Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled sooner than expected. Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will be out in no time, so get your pre-orders in as soon as possible.

2 Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Will Have New Tracks

Although for the most part the game is based off the original Crash Team Racing, this remake will also include tracks from its sequel Crash Nitro Kart. While not confirmed, there are rumors as well that tracks from the oft-forgotten Crash Tag Team Racing will also be included.

With the best tracks from Crash's racing efforts, this game could potentially be crowned as the best kart-racing game of the decade. We'll have to wait and see what Beenox has in store.

1 Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled Will Have New Karts

Without a doubt, players are going to be looking for new content in the revamped Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. One of the best things developer Beenox is doing to improve gameplay is by adding new karts.

Fresh kart designs will add to the replayability of the game. Hopefully, the new karts aren't solely for vanity, and they have varying stats like Mario Kart 8. Indeed, people are going to compare Mario Kart 8 to Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled since currently, Mario Kart 8 is the current leading kart racing game.
