Crown Trick, a new RPG roguelike from Team17 and NExT Studios, is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC. The game features a beautiful, hand-painted art style and a unique turn-based-synchronous combat system in which enemies only move when you do.
While exploring the Nightmare Realm you'll encounter over 100 enemies, each of which requires a well-developed battleplan to overcome. Because of the synchronous combat, you'll have plenty of time to plan out your moves to make sure every step you take is one that will move you closer to success. All dungeons are procedurally generated, meaning you'll have a limitless amount of content to explore. And with 40+ skills, 30+ items, and over 170 special relics, there's dozens of ways to build your character and fight through the Nightmare Realm.
You can also learn from enemies you've defeated in earlier dungeons, collecting "Familiar" skills that can be used on more powerful monsters as you progress through the game.

Founded in 1990, Team17 has worked on several well-received games, including The Survivalists, Neon Abyss, Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair, and Moving Out. It's also involved with the upcoming Worms Rumble and Overcooked: All You Can Eat. NExT Studios, meanwhile, has worked on several smaller titles, including Unheard, Metal Revolution, and Bipod.
Crown Trick is now available on Steam and Nintendo Switch.
