While dog Pokémon tend to be the creatures that are most loved among the fanbase, cat Pokémon are just as great, and don't get nearly the amount of love that they deserve. 10 Glameow
Glameow is on the bottom of this list because, yeah, it's not the cutest of all time, but some of the other choices are just the worst.
Glameow is more of a pretty Pokémon, pristine. It doesn't care what you think (as most of the cats on this list are), and it's living its best life until it evolves into a total monstrosity. But for now, it's cute.
9 Alolan Persian
Despite what literally everyone in the entire world thinks of Alolan Persian, it honestly is kind of cute. Its big 'ol head is adorable, it's a show cat! The head and color are the only real places that it changes from Kantonian Persian, but those small changes are enough to earn it a spot on this list.
8 Litten
Despite the... interesting route that this line follows as it evolves, Littlen is simply one of the cutest cat Pokémon out there.
Litten is a mean little boy, not caring too much about what its trainer thinks, though those rude tendencies seem to fall by the wayside as it evolves. Litten might grow up to basically not a cat at all, but in its basic form, it is just adorable.
7 Meowth
Meowth ranks above its Alolan evolution on this list, and this could be due to a few different reasons. It could be because Meowth is a mainstay on the anime, and we've loved him for years. It could be because there are 14 different versions of Meowth (Kantonian, Alolan, Galarian, Gigantamax), all of which are great. There are a lot of reasons! All of them, though, add up to an adorable little cat, who, while we would say is underrated, well, Game Freak represents it more than enough.
6 Delcatty
Delcatty is just precious, and is one of the few evolved Pokémon that actually earns a spot on this list. Usually, when a Pokémon evolves, it downgrades a little bit in the cute department. However, Delcatty manages to stay pretty adorable. While it suffers a bit in the power department, it's hard to not find a spot for this cat on your team.
5 Mew
One of the most iconic cat Pokémon of all time, we have Mew, the mythical Pokémon from generation one.
While cat might not actually be the first animal that comes to mind when you think of Mew, it actually is very cat-like in its appearance with its long, slender body. It's an adorable Pokémon, and is the only cat representative of Mythical Pokémon.

Litleo is, you guessed it, quite a cute little kitty. Litleo is more of a lion cub than anything, and breaks the usual trend of the housecats that are usually channeled when it comes to Pokémon design. 3 Espeon
Espeon is another one of the original cat Pokémon, being one of Eevee's evolutions. While Eevee has a few different evolutions that have cat-like qualities to them, Espeon is the one that really embodies a cat the most. And it's absolutely precious. Its lilac color scheme is great, and its big eyes and lithe body really make the design stick out as just fantastic.
2 Skitty
The pre-evolution of Delcatty, there are very few cat Pokémon that can stand against Skitty. It has everything going for it when it comes to cuteness. The pink color, the tiny frame, the adorable little tail, it all comes together so well. The simplistic way that its face is drawn also adds to the cuteness, and the fact that it is pretty much always smiling doesn't hurt it either.

1 Shinx
Originally a part of Diamond and Pearl's roster of new creatures, Shinx is the most adorable cat Pokémon in the entire series. While some of its more prominent cat features tend to somewhat disappear as it evolves, it is absolutely adorable in its basic form. The electrical Sinnoh creature has a great color scheme, and, similarly to Skitty, is drawn in a way that really just makes it as cute as can be. It was also a creature that many players used on their teams, as it starts out adorable and grows into a fearsome beast as you journey on with it. Either way, Shinx is the cutest Pokémon of all time.
