Night City's roads will be rammed with many unique and stunning vehicles. To name a few, there's the sporty Quadra Turbo R, which has now become Cyberpunk 2077's featured vehicle and can even be won in the ongoing Rockstar Energy Drink sweepstakes, the luxuriously fast Rayfield Aerondight S9, the Yaiba Kusanagi sportbike, and of course, one cannot forget Johnny Silverhand's own 1977 Porsche 911 Turbo. Each of these beautiful machines will likewise feature their own multiplicity of varieties, which will be experienced via a vehicle's featured tech, outer cosmetics, interior design, and even driveability.

CD Projekt Red put in ample time rendering the reality of these vehicles first with visuals, then tackled each car's own sound design. As senior sound designer Krzysztof Lipka explains, "We recorded more than 40 vehicles. Not often do we record so many vehicles for a game that isn't a racing game." Clearly, CDPR has taken great lengths to ensure the roads of Night City feel not only alive but energized with quality sound and realism.

It doesn't merely stop at four wheels, either. Even Johnny Silverhand himself, Keanu Reeves, got in on the action by assisting with the sound, design, and functionality of the various motorcycles in the game through the help of his co-founded ARCH custom motorcycle manufacturer. As Reeves explains, CDPR approached him well after being cast as the metal-armed rockerboy with creating a custom Cyberpunk 2077 motorcycle, as "people who worked at the company were fans of ARCH Motorcycle."

The streets of Night City will surely be a testament to the prowess of CDPR's automotive ingenuity, with unique rides paired with quality sounds that will make Roach all-the-more useless. Traversing Cyberpunk 2077 will be encased not only in style and speed but also in lifelike audio that will ensure in-game races and rallies feel breathtakingly stunning, to say the least. Getting to know the city via its many rides will be among the most exhilarating experiences as Night City yawns, beckoning players to test the streets with their inner Dominic Torrerto.

Now having gone gold, Cyberpunk 2077's November 19 release date races near with the promise of a world steeped in driver fluid and mesmerizing autos of the future.
