Mortal Kombat Easter Egg

Before you play the "Queen Of The Highway" quest with Panam, head to the Southwest of the Nomad camp in the Badlands, and you should have a side quest activated. Mitch is on the hill next to the burial site, and he would like your assistance with honoring the dead Scorpion.

After that, you will get a Scorpion statue on your table at V’s apartment, but the pose will be a bit familiar to Mortal Kombat fans.

Judy, Radiohead, And The Red Hot Chili Peppers

Both easter eggs are in the form of lyrics tattooed across Judy Alvarez's arms, and the easiest one to spot is a song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Fans will quickly recognize the lyrics from Parallel Universe. It reads:

  • "Underwater where thoughts can breathe easy."

You can also catch a glimpse of Radiohead lyrics tattooed on the front of Alvarez's left arm, during the moment when you meet Judy while gearing up for your first braindance. The words are written underneath the massive "13" tattoo and spell out lyrics from Pyramid Song:

  • "There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt."

Demolition Man Seashells

Three Seashells in V's bathroom in Cyberpunk 2077.

In the movie Demolition Man, seashells are used in place of toilet paper, and this is given a nod in V’s apartment. Simply look at V’s toilet, the lack of toilet paper, and three suspiciously lined up seashells on the wall.

Ozob Bozo

Ozob Bozo in Night City, in Cyberpunk 2077.

Ozob Bozo is an odd gent that you meet within the walls of Night City for a couple of quests, "Send In The Clowns" and a section of the Beat On The Brat quest series. But what you might not know is that Ozob has his own book - no, not in Cyberpunk 2077, but in real life.

Ozob Bozo was actually created as part of a Brazilian tabletop podcast, the Nerdcast on Jovem Nerd. The character became a huge hit with fans of Jovem Nerd, and now Ozob Bozo has his own book, so it’s no wonder CD Projekt Red was more than happy to have Ozob in the game, what with that iconic nose.

Sailor Moon Photo Mode Pose

The Cyberpunk 2077 photo mode pose, named "In the name of the moon, I'll punish you!" specifically references the speech Sailor Moon says whenever she confronts enemies in the beloved anime series.

Death Stranding BB

To track down the little Bridge Baby in a jar you need to take part in Rivers’ sidequests. The quest you need to tackle is called "The Hunt", and have you tracking down a serial killer called Peter Pan.

This quest tasks you with breaking into a clinic to find a patient’s dreams, which have been recorded as a braindance. There are multiple ways to get into the clinic, and one of them involves discovering a curious easter egg about Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima Cameo

Nagisa Ōshima talking in a bar, in Cyberpunk 2077.

In the world of Cyberpunk 2077, there is no Hideo Kojima. Instead, the video game designer and writer lives on in Night City as a cool guy named Oshima, in reference to the Japanese film director Nagisa Ōshima, a subtle nod to Kojima's love affair with movies.

You will first come across the myth himself on the mission called "The Heist", and even though it's easy to miss his cameo, you can find it here.

Multiple Blade Runner Easter Eggs
