In Cyberpunk 2077 there's a lot to dig into, especially if you're not the kind of player to take the violent route. If you prefer a stealthier approach in your gameplay, then Pacifica's Grand Imperial Mall has a lot of routes for you to get creative with, especially if you've been investing in some unique hacking abilities.

But even though you can travel through the mall in silence, you must also deal with a boss fight and some tough decisions with huge ramifications for later quests. There's a lot to get right here if you want to do everything you can, so here's everything you need to know.

Infiltrating The Grand Imperial Mall

V walking into the atrium of Pacifica Grand Mall In Cyberpunk 2077.

Once the quest begins, you'll find yourself outside of the Grand Imperial Mall in Pacifica. To gain access without being seen, you should look to the left side of the mall, near the back.

There, you will encounter two gang members, and you can either use a Quickhack and a takedown maneuver to dispatch them, or you can just wait until they leave. Enter the garage and then climb crates to get into an upper level.

There are a couple of doors here you can open with higher Body or Tech attributes to speed this mission up.

Now that you're inside, watch for the one security camera that is located in this garage area, and then make your way inside the mall. There are a lot of enemies stationed at various points here, and you'll want to make your way to the van.

Finding The Van And The Cinema

V looking at the van inside the Pacifica Grand Mall in Cyberpunk 2077.

The van is on the left side of the room from where you enter the atrium after going down the escalator. It's almost in line with the quest marker in the middle, except that it hugs the left wall tightly, a bit further down.

The best way to access the van is to go down the escalator and sneak along the right side of the room, where there are barely any atriums. Turn around the back wall to get to the left side, and then start making your way back in the direction you came while continuing to hug the wall.

You'll see a huge van in front of you with three enemies beside it. All you need to do is reach the van, jack in, talk to Placide, and you'll progress to the next part of the quest.

You can skip the van entirely, and move forwards. There's a shutter near the van you can use, and heading up the stairs inside there will lead you to the cinema area, and the boss, Sasquatch.

Fighting Sasquatch/Matilda K. Rose

V reaching the area where Sasquatch awaits, in Cyberpunk 2077.

Even though you can skip this fight, fighting all of the bosses in Cyberpunk 2077 is a lot of fun, and well worth the effort.

Sasquatch, or Matilda K. Rose, is a huge enemy with an equally big hammer that she'll throw at you. You can use numerous hacks to slow her down, but the best tactic to take her is to combine grenade bombardments with the highest DPS weapon you have available.

The only true way to make this fight a bit easier is to take out the implants on her back, marked by a blue glowing spot. You can stealth attack this area using the routes we mentioned above or by patiently dodging around Sasquatch, only attacking when you find an opening.

However, be careful, because even when she's a good distance away she'll throw her hammer at you and knock you down, so you're never truly safe.

If you want to skip Sasquatch, position yourself near the shutters next to the van, and head away from the van to the entrance right of the shutters. There's another staircase in here, and this one will actually take you just behind the entrance to the cinema. If you sneak by, Sasquatch won't notice you, and you'll be able to go inside.

Facing The NetWatch Agent

V arriving to the room where the NetWatch agent will try to negotiate in Cyberpunk 2077.

Once you've dealt with Sasquatch and everything else in Pacifica's Grand Imperial Mall, it's time to talk with the Netwatch agent that has been hiding away here. Move into the cinema and head to the projection room to talk with him.

Now, he's going to make you a deal, but you might want to think twice. You're looking to Brigitte and the Voodoo Boys for help with the Relic, and if you do a deal with this agent, the Voodoo Boys with suffer for it.

Your options are the following:

  • If you make a deal with the agent, the Voodoo Boys will become your enemies from this point forward and will attack you on sight, blocking off all remaining quests involving them permanently.
  • If you deny the NetWatch agent, then he shall die, and that's pretty much the only repercussion.

Making A Deal With Brigitte

Once all is done you can leave the mall, and, assuming you did not make a deal with the NetWatch agent, the Voodoo Boys will be willing to take you to see Brigitte, despite her being surprised that you're even still alive.

Once you finally meet Brigitte, you must just accept all of her terms in order to continue the quest line. However, if for whatever reason you did mouth off at her at this moment and regret it, you can call her on your phone to apologize and then take her up on her offer to help to start the next quest, Transmission.
