Standard Joytoy Locations
The two standard-priced Joytoys are on Jig-Jig Street. You can find the area on the east side of the world map in the Westbrook region. Once you head into the street from the main entrance - there's a fast travel station marked Jig-Jig Street right next to the said entrance - take your first right.
Then look left around the corner to see the two Joytoys on either side.
The male is on the right, in front of the sex shop, while the female is leaning on a barrier on the left. If you decide to purchase the services of either of these people, it will cost you 100 eddies.

To unlock the more expensive Joytoys, you need to play enough of the Kerry storyline to gain access to the Dark Matter club. This is because these high-priced Joytoys don't just stand out in the street - they discuss their business inside the fancy club. The place is in the center of Westbrook, near the border between Japantown and Charter Hill.
The entrance to the club isn't easy to find as it doesn't stick out. To find it, head across the street from the Dark Matter fast travel station.
Once you make it inside, use the elevator to make it to the lounge. The female Joytoy is sitting by the bar on the left side. As for the male Joytoy, he's posted up by the back of the bar on the right side. Hiring any of them will cost you 3000 eddies each.
