With Death Come True releasing next week, it seems developer Too Kyo Games is going hard on promotional material to hype up gamers. In a new trailer that introduces us to the cast, Danganronpa series artist Rui Komatsuzaki has drawn all of Death Come True's cast as if they were a part of the high school murder mystery series. It's pretty damn wacky to see real people turned into anime characters.

The link may seem random, but Death Come True is coming from the mind of Danganronpa's Kazutaka Kodaka. It only makes sense that he'd still be in touch with Komatsuzaki and that the two would cook something up together. This trailer is hardly confirmation of Death Come True being a part of Monokuma's ultimate plan, but it would be fun to see some kind of connection.

In other Death Come True related news, the game is currently available for pre-order on both the Apple App and Google Play stores. It seems it will be getting a simultaneous worldwide release and it will only cost $16 in the US. That's practically a steal...or the price of a movie ticket at AMC.

Death Come True will first be launching on Switch and mobile next Friday, June 25, 2020. The game will then make its way over to PC and PS4 later this year.
