The announcement of Deltarune Chapter Two was just as exciting if not more so than that of Chapter One. The follow-up to the cultural phenomenon that became Undertale had a lot of expectations. It did not disappoint either, and it seems fans have been digging into the new characters, themes, environments, and, of course, secrets.Related: Things We Wish We Knew Before Starting Deltarune Chapter TwoPlayers have already seemingly found nearly every secret in Deltarune Chapter Two. However, some are more well hidden than others, so this list will go over those that you may have missed on your first time through.

A Little Extra Fluffiness

Ralsei Dummy Sprite from Deltarune

One of the first secrets you encounter can be triggered soon after entering the Dark World. Straight after Ralsei tells you to go get the stuff from the room, go right and return to the training room from the first chapter.

You'll see the Ralsei dummy sitting there, and you have the option to hug it. If you do so and return to Ralsei and Susie, they'll actually comment on the fact that you did and tease you a little bit. It's a small moment that can be completely ignored, but the fact that it's there at all makes it that much more adorable, and worth it.

Trash Orb

Scene from Deltarune Chapter 2 With Kris Holding the Trash Orb, Featuring Alphys and Toriel

This one is fairly easy to encounter, but it still requires taking the right path. Right after gathering up all of the things in the storage room into a magnificent dusty ball, go south instead of back and you'll go into the Dark World to find Alphys and Toriel having a conversation.

You can call Toriel before initiating the cutscene to tell her about your trash orb, and the cutscene itself has the two discussing Kris. Alphys will actually turn around and see that you have the trash orb on your head. You can't go any further once the cutscene ends, but it's quite an amusing little moment before the big adventure.

Car Tunes

Traffic Jam Scene at the Beginning of Deltarune Chapter 2

The music of Undertale is perhaps one of the most memorable aspects of the game, and it's no surprise why. Tracks like Waterfall and New Home lend greatly to the atmosphere of the Underground, and battle tracks like Spears of Justice make each important encounter in the game that much more memorable. It's no surprise then that Deltarune would find some way to reference these musical moments in its story, and it seems you can find evidence of that right at the beginning of the game.

There's a traffic jam that prevents you from exploring the town early on. While you can completely ignore it, if you stand in the traffic for a few seconds, you'll hear a familiar tune - the first few notes of Mettaton's battle theme from Undertale. You can also make out other tunes if you listen for long enough, like Spears of Justice and Your Best Friend.

Hacker And The Blue Checkmarks

Giving All Three Blue Checkmarks to Hacker In the Cyber City Area of Deltarune Chapter 2

In the city, there is a character called Hacker, down the first path north of where Sweet Cap n' Cakes is hanging out. He'll ask you to find three blue checkmarks in the Cyber Field, and he'll join the town. You'll need these checkmarks for a later point in the story, and they're fairly easy to find across the map.

The first is located to the south in a treasure chest, past a room of enemies. The second is up the first set of teacups (the leftmost) surrounding Sweet Cap n' Cakes. This one requires completing a puzzle that references the GIASFELFEBREHBER crossroad from Undertale. And the final one can be found in the middle teacup and is simply in a treasure chest.

Silly Noelle

Kris and Noelle Travelling Through the Cyber City in Deltarune Chapter 2

Noelle is perhaps one of the most memorable characters from Deltarune, and she plays a prominent role in Chapter Two. She joins the party in the Dark World in Cyber City after Kris gets separated from Susie and Ralsei. The two have to work together to solve puzzles to make it through the city, and even though the childhood friends work well as a team, even the closest of friends can get on each other's nerves.

One of the puzzles involves an electrical surge that blocks your path and can only be stopped by standing on a button. Kris has to stand on the button on one side so Noelle can walk safely to the one on the other side. However, you can keep stepping off and on the button to mess with Noelle, who will grow increasingly annoyed. If you do this right she'll step off the other button just before you start crossing, which apparently surprises Kris.

Toby Fox Runs You Over With A Car

Toby Fox Easter Egg Hidden in Deltarune Chapter 2, In Which He Runs Over Kris With A Car

Toby Fox's dog and has a few cameos in both Undertale and Deltarune, and that trend continues in Chapter Two. However, fans may have to go out of their way a little bit to find this incredible Easter Egg that makes all others look boring and uninteresting in comparison.

To find it, you simply have to head south through the last traffic jam, where you'll see an alley with road signs sporting the familiar face of Toby Fox's dog. Taking the path will lead you down an empty road, and right at the end of this road is... something, but you likely won't see it before Toby Fox himself suddenly rams his car into you. There's also a callback to Undertale's game overscreen sprinkled in there.

The Room In-Between

The Room In-Between Area of Deltarune Chapter 2

Right after being run over by Toby Fox, you will find yourself in a small alleyway with a single dumpster and an interesting bit of graffiti on the wall referencing a "room between". A similar room existed in Chapter One and this one can be accessed in a similar way in Chapter Two.

If you constantly go back and forth on the path between the alleyway and the city, there is a small chance you will end up in this room, where you will once again encounter a 'man'. You'll have to walk into the darkness to talk to him behind a tree, where you can either accept or deny the Egg he offers you. The mysterious figure disappears regardless.

The Glorious Moss

The Back Alley In Deltarune Chapter 2's Cyber City Area

Fans of the first chapter may recall that Kris and Susie both seem to enjoy eating things that you generally aren't supposed to. Susie was called out for eating a lot of chalk, and near the end of Chapter One, there was a lovely helping of moss available for Kris to consume after being captured.

It seems the moss has returned to continue to perpetuate the cycle of life, as you can find another lovely helping of it in the same alley you are sent to after Toby Fox runs you over. Susie even comes in to moss it up with you, creating a beautiful moment.

He's Well Taken Care Of

Lancer Statue Being Served Spaghetti in the Queen's Castle in Deltarune Chapter 2

As players make their way into the Queen's Castle, they'll encounter a host of different scenes and secrets. One of these alludes to the deeper workings of the Dark World, as Lancer is suddenly turned to stone upon entering the castle, since he is technically no longer in "his" Dark World. It's a rather depressing scene to watch, but it can be juxtaposed by a rather amusing easter egg.

If you go out of your way to inspect the Lancer statue, you'll discover that you can push it around. If you push it all the way to the nearby dinner table, some spaghetti and a napkin will fall from the ceiling as Lancer stands near the table, ready to dig in.

A Box of Chalk-lates

Susie Holdig the Box of Chalk Given By Noelle In the Beginning of Deltarune Chapter 2

It's made fairly obvious throughout both chapters that Noelle has a bit of a.... soft spot for Susie. Although she's often way too nervous to say so outright, severals moments with them together make her feelings abundantly clear. One such part is hidden fairly well and requires some setup in Chapter One.

If you talk to Noelle near the end of Chapter One, she'll ask you about Susie. If you choose the reply 'Eat Chalk", a special scene will play around the beginning of Chapter Two when Noelle is visiting Kris and Susie before they re-enter the Dark World. She'll suddenly turn around, hand Susie a box of chalk then runoff in an embarrassed panic. How romantic.
