Destiny 2's Season of the Haunted has reached its tenth week, bringing with it the last three Seasonal Challenges. Solstice of Heroes is ongoing, so most of the challenges tied to this last batch aren't particularly time-intensive or require access to endgame content.

This week, you'll be asked to defeat enemies with Machine Guns, complete activities on Europa, and earn the third and final ornament for Chain of Command. Completing each of these challenges is fairly simple, and the rewards they grant are certainly worth the minimal effort. Here is how to complete the final three Seasonal Challenges of Destiny 2's Season of the Haunted.

Haunting Cacophony

Destiny 2 Warlock Firing A Machine Gun

Haunting Cacophony: Defeat combatants with Machine Gun final blows on the Derelict Leviathan, and defeat powerful Scorn in any Sever activity.

Reward

  • 25,000 XP

On the Derelict Leviathan, you'll need to defeat 200 enemies with a Machine Gun. This is fairly easy to complete in Nightmare Containment or general open world exploration. All Machine Guns saw a massive damage buff this season, so if you haven't used one yet, now is the time to do so. Thunderlord is arguably the best Machine Gun for defeating rank and file groups, but feel free to use whatever you like.

The second half of the challenge asks that you defeat 30 Scorn minibosses or bosses in any Sever activity. We recommend farming either Sever - Rage or Sever - Forgiveness. Rage is the first Sever mission and contains some tough Scorn enemies during the final boss. Forgiveness features an onslaught of Scorn enemies near the halfway mark, making for a solid powerful Scorn farm.

Europa Activities

Destiny 2 Beyond Light Europa Gear

Europa Activities: On Europa, earn progress by completing bounties, patrols, public events, and Lost Sectors.

Rewards

  • 25,000 XP
  • 75 Bright Dust

Just about every activity on Europa will grant progress. A total of 18 activities must be completed, so you're best off multitasking. Buy all the bounties from Variks, pick up any patrol that's focused on defeating enemies, finish the patrol, then enter your favorite Lost Sector. Doing this should grant a massive chunk of progress. If you'd rather farm Lost Sectors and nothing else, we recommend farming Perdition in Cadmus Ridge.

Vanguard Ornament

Destiny 2 Chain of Command Standard Regulation Ornament

Vanguard Ornament: Acquire the Vanguard ornament for Chain of Command.

Rewards

  • Planestrider – Emblem
  • 100,000 XP
  • 300 Bright Dust

Resetting your Vanguard Rank and reaching rank 16 once again will unlock the Vanguard Chain of Command ornament. Earning Vanguard Ranks is fairly quick if a double reputation week is active. If not, farming Hero-tier Nightfalls is highly recommended, seeing as they have minimal modifiers and matchmaking enabled. You'll have the weapon already unlocked at this stage, but you might want to farm for the other two ornaments to complete previous weekly challenges. Check out our Chain of Command guide for information and tips on how to obtain each ornament.
