We're still some weeks away from Destiny 2's Witch Queen expansion, but that just leaves plenty of time for Guardians to experience Xur's game show for some Halo-themed loot. And it also gives Bungie plenty of time to release a few teaser trailers that reveal more of what to expect in Savathun's Throne World.

A brand new trailer just dropped that gives us our best look yet at Savathun's personal abode. A place entirely built by Savathun's whims, her Throne World goes from dank swamp to crumbled ruins to ancient temple motifs all merely steps away from one another.

But more than the atmosphere is what the trailer shows in terms of new loot. I spotted a new Legendary Rocket Launcher, Pulse Rifle, Fusion Rifle, SMG, and Sidearm in the trailer alongside the previously revealed Witch Queen armor set. You can also get a peek at the new Exotic SMG and Glaive coming in Witch Queen, but we didn't get to see them in use so there's no telling what either is capable of.

We also didn’t get to see much of Void 3.0, the previously announced Void subclass rework. We did, however, get to see a Lucent Brood Knight throw a Void Shield at a Titan Guardian who responded with his own Ward of Dawn. It looks like the Ward will receive a brand new animation as part of Void 3.0, but we still don’t know what new functionality might also be included.

An interesting addition to Savathun’s Throne World is the Scorn, a faction that hasn’t previously aligned with the Hive at all. It seems that Savathun may have brought the undead Eliksni into her Throne World as a possible alliance, maybe even to protect her from marauding Guardians eager to steal back the Light.

Destiny 2: The Witch Queen arrives on February 22.
