Three previous PlayStation exclusives -- Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, and Heavy Rain -- are now coming to PC via the Epic Games Store.

The exclusivity war has taken a strange turn during GDC 2019, with Google entering the video game market and Microsoft and Nintendo forming an agreement that has allowed Cuphead to appear on the Switch.

PlayStation has taken a loss, as three titles that were previously exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 are now coming to PC through the Epic Games Store. The three games are the ones that were written and directed by David Cage and developed by Quantic Dreams

All three of the Quantic Dreams games have pages on the Epic Games Store, but they have yet to be given any kind of release date.

Heavy Rain is a story about four characters who are caught up in the machinations of the "Origami Killer," who leaves origami figures at the scenes of his crimes. Heavy Rain was originally exclusive to the PlayStation 3, but it received an updated port for the PlayStation 4 in 2016.

Beyond: Two Souls is a story about a girl named Jodie Holmes (who was voiced and motion captured by Ellen Page), who has a connection to a mysterious entity known as Aiden. Beyond: Two Souls was also a PlayStation 3 exclusive and it also received an updated port for the PlayStation 4 in 2015.

Detroit: Become Human is the latest game developed by David Cage and it follows the story of three different androids in a society where they have been turned into servants and must fight for their right to exist. Detroit: Become Human was released for the PlayStation 4 in 2018.

The acquisition of the three Quantic Dreams games is a huge accomplishment for Epic Games, as it has taken away some of Sony's previously exclusive titles and is also standing up against Steam. If the Epic Games Store keeps snapping up titles like this, then Steam will be forced to react and the exclusivity war will keep getting uglier from there.

The PC versions of Beyond: Two Souls, Detroit: Become Human, and Heavy Rain do not have release dates yet, but they are "coming soon."
