It looks like the Expendables are making a comeback; only this time it’s in Call of Duty: Warzone. After teasing the arrival of John Rambo, the official Call of Duty Twitter handle has hinted that Die Hard’s John McClane will also be coming to the game.

The tweet in question doesn’t directly hint at McClane, instead it references Nakatomi Duct Cleaning. 80’s action movie fans, and fans of Brooklyn Nine Nine will recall that Nakatomi Plaza was where the events of the first Die Hard movie took place. And of course McClane famously used the air ducts of the high-rise to get around Hans Gruber and his goons.

“Air ducts are a complicated network of danger. If yours are in need of repair, call the best in the business at Nakatomi Duct Cleaning,” reads the tweet, which also links back to a fake website for Nakatomi Duct Cleaning. The webpage acts as an advert for the duct cleaning service, and even contains references to the movies, including McClane’s famous “Yippee ki yay” catchphrase.

“Does heat have your employees dying hard? Keep your workplace cool with help from Nakatomi Duct Cleaning,” reads the description on the website. “Our world class team is experienced in squeezing through even the smallest of air ducts, crawling until they find the sources of each problem and systematically eliminate them one by one. Contact us for all your needs in Verdansk and ask about our Christmas party discounts.” It also has a tab to schedule an appointment.

However, it’s not official that we’re getting the character of John McClane. It’s also possible that Nakatomi Plaza could come to the Veransk ‘84 map.

The John Rambo tease was similarly cryptic, showing the Warzone stats of a player called SURVIVORJOHN#1009062. He’s played and won five games, the same as the number of Rambo movies. He has seven hours played, which is the length of all the Rambo movies put together; and a total of 552 kills, the same as Sylvester Stallone’s kill count in the series.

It looks like Call of Duty: Warzone may be going through an 80’s action-movie nostalgia trip, so we can probably expect more of these iconic characters. Maybe we’ll see the likes of Chuck Norris, Wesley Snipes, or Kurt Russel. I’d say Arnold Schwarzenegger, but Fortnite already added the T-800 Terminator and Sarah Connor skins to the game. But Rambo is also already in Mortal Kombat 11, so maybe we’ll see the Commando or even the Kindergarten Cop version of Arnie heading to Verdansk.
