Despite not having as much hype as the Pokemon card game, Digimon has brought its characters to the table for battling for two decades. Like every other card-battling game, there are frequent booster and expansion packs released over the course of each year to keep gameplay fresh and unique.

One of 2022’s additions was the BT11: Dimensional Phase booster pack, which added over 100 cards to enhance your Xros Wars decks, as well as added a few new characters to the mix. Among the card-type breakdown are Digi-Egg cards that, while not as flashy as full-fledged Digimon cards, will help determine strength and power.

6 Yokomon

Yokomon will allow you to draw one card from your deck when it’s deleted, so long as you have a red Tamer in play when the deletion occurs. This can act as a slight refresher for your hand, and if you’ve played Yokomon and your red Tamer for lack of better options, getting a new card in hand can be quite helpful.

This Digi-Egg is also common in packs, so you’re very likely to have it at your disposal when building your deck. It's also worth noting that several of the Digi-Eggs have effects that are triggered by certain color Tamers, and if you happen to be a fan of the red cards, Yokomon is an obvious choice to add to your game.

5 Wanyamon

Wanyamon is similar to Yokomon in that this Digi-Egg allows you to draw one card from your deck as long as you have a blue Tamer in play already. Where this card differs from Yokomon, however, is that Wanyamon doesn’t need to be deleted to activate, giving you more time to use the card's effects without having to give up its purpose as a Digi-Egg in-training.

For each turn that Wanyamon and a blue Tamer are in play, you can draw a card once. As long as you keep Tamer and Digi-Egg alive for a while, you’ll have multiple chances to draw something great from your deck into your hand.

4 Tanemon

Tanemon is the Wanyamon for the green deck fans. Whenever you play a green Tamer from your hand, you’ll get to draw one card from your deck, and this can occur once every turn you have them in play. Not only does this give you multiple chances to pull something better from your deck, it gives you more opportunity to draw cards that work together against your opponent.

However, Tanemon only works for each green Tamer put in play instead of every turn with the same Tamer, so you’ll want to be sure you have a nice spread of Tamers to go along with this Digi-Egg, and with any luck the card you draw will be the next Tamer to keep the streak going.

3 Tokomon

Tokomon offers a bit more than just color-based perks in your hand, making the benefits more adaptable to your overall deck. When you’ve played Tokomon, each turn after that you play a Digimon with Angel, Archangel, or even Fallen Angel traits, you’ll get to draw one new card from your deck.

This not only allows for more universal use, but it makes how meaningful it is to you and your game increase with every Angel-type Digimon you have in your deck. With this in mind, you can build your deck around Angel traits for maximum benefit.

2 Koromon

BT11 Koromon DigiEgg Digimon Dimensional Phase

Koromon, unlike the other Digi-Eggs, works for you during your opponent’s turns. Whenever they have a card deleted with Greymon in its name, you’ll get to draw one card from your deck. You’ll be able to use this once per turn, but it’s still your gain for their loss. This can be tricky since there's no way of knowing for sure what your opponent has in their deck, let alone hand, but there are enough Greymon-named Digimon to make it a relatively safe bet that Koromon can help you.

Since Koromon has continual benefits, the impact the Digi-Egg has on your hand and the overall game is determined by how effectually you’re playing the rest of your Digimon against your opponent. That said, you know how you’ve built your deck, and you know you’ve come for the win every time.

1 Tsunomon

BT11 Tsunomon DigiEgg Digimon Dimensional Phase

Tsunomon is the only Digi-Egg in this booster pack to add DP at all, and this only activates once you’ve had an effect trash one of the Digimon in your hand. Once that’s happened, either through an opponent’s card or one of your own, the Digimon will gain 1,000 DP for the duration of the turn.

Like the other Digi-Eggs, your deck and your gameplay will determine just how effective and meaningful Tsunomon is for you, but if you keep this effect in mind while building your deck, you can really make use of the extra DP that comes along with it - especially if you have a mostly low DP Digimon in play when the effect is triggered.
