The service is already available in Asia and is set to launch in Japan on June 1, in the Americas on June 13, and then in Europe on June 22—perhaps, by that point, we'll have heard more about Shinji Mikami's cult classic counterpart to Resident Evil. For now, we're left speculating.
If you haven't played or heard of Dino Crisis, it's a "panic horror" that plays much like the original Resident Evils albeit with dinosaurs littering the laboratories rather than gigantic mutated humans and decaying undead. Among fans, it's one of the more highly-requested remakes, although Capcom seemingly has no plans to bring back Regina, Rick, Gail, and all the others to fight dinosaurs over 20 years later.
