It’s fall, which means that the leaves are falling, the air is turning cold, and new games are being added to the Xbox Game Pass. Or rather, in some cases, old games. The fall lineup for games being added to the Xbox Game Pass includes some new games and some old favorites, including Dishonored 2 and Fallout: New Vegas.
Microsoft recently listed the schedule for games that will be added to their subscription program this October. Among them is Dishonored 2, the second game in Arkane Studios’ award-winning stealth game series. The game, which was made available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers, lets the player be a shadowy mystical assassin that combines gadgets and magic to kill or subdue their foes. On October 17th, Fallout: New Vegas will be added, allowing players to adventure through the post-apocalyptic Mojave in Obsidian’s classic roleplaying game.
Dishonored 2 will even be added to the Xbox Game Pass as an X enhanced game. This means that it has been enhanced to make the most of the Xbox One’s 6 teraflops of power. So not only will Dishonored 2 be available to everyone subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass, it will look even better than the original game.
In addition to these games, several new games will also be released this month on Xbox Game Pass. Open-world platformer Yooka Laylee, fun and spooky puzzle adventure Felix the Reaper, and sci-fi roleplaying game The Outer Worlds will all be available on Xbox Game Pass when they get released this month. In addition to these unlimited access games, Xbox Game Pass subscribers also get a discount on games like Devil May Cry 5 and Sea of Thieves if they buy them before October 7th. Players can also win Xbox rewards by earning achievements in Xbox Game Pass games.
It looks like this month will be a big month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Not only will they get access to two amazing games of the last decade, but they will also get new exciting games that they can play as soon as they come out. So, get cozy with an Xbox and a cup of cocoa for a great fall.
