Fall is finally here! Leaves are changing into the best color gradient, the air is cold enough to wear warm jackets, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte is now socially acceptable to drink again.

October to December are the most festive months of the year, and the Pumpkin Spice Latte is just one of those many reasons we have to celebrate.

It's mid-October, meaning that Halloween is around the corner... but before we step into that realm, we are able to bask in the pre-Hallows Eve ambiance of season change: Autumn. What does this mean? It means everything from pumpkin-flavored food, to the holy grail of cold weather, cozy fall Beverages. I have taken this opportunity to give my readers a taste of something I know they'll love this October.

Below is a list of everything Disney Princess with a hint of pumpkin spice that everyone far and wide can't seem to get enough of.

19 Fall Drinks: Merida's Pumpkin Spice Latte

via Celia Dossot

The one, the only, the iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte as a Princess: Merida from Brave.

Somewhere under that mass of perfectly spiced orange hair is the most amazing PSL your eyes will ever taste.

When it came to picking a Princess for the different fall drinks, Merida was an easy choice for the PSL. Everything about her, from her attitude, natural fall vibes, and curly hair like whipped cream just made sense. The artist, Celia Dossot, had the task of drawing the princess, and really took it an extra step by making Merida herself the actual latte - instead of just posing her inside the drink. She even gave Merida's Pumpkin Spice Latte a Merida-themed logo.

18 Latte Art: Aladdin And Jasmine

via deviantart by

Okay, so maybe I romanticized the PSL a little bit. Maybe you aren't here for the "Pumpkin" aspect and care more about the Disney Princesses. You have still come to the right place.

Here we have Jasmine and her boo, (Halloween pun intended) Aladdin, basking in the foamy warmth of one another.

I found someone who has managed to create some really amazing latte art to satisfy the palates of those who prefer something more traditionally "coffee flavored," while still holding true to our Disney roots.

17 Pumpkin Spice Princess: Ariel

Who said that mermaids can't drink coffee? No one ever. The whole "underwater" shindig hasn't stopped Ariel before, so if the Princess wants a PSL then no one should dare stop her. Besides, she can like, have legs now... so that makes for an easy stroll to the nearest cafe for some fall goodness.

Here is a beautiful variant of your traditional Ariel with a "cafe d'automne" twist.

As Ariel herself likes to say: "Who says my dreams have to stay just my dreams?" Our dream is to enjoy as much of this season as we can before the snow hits.

16 Fall Drinks: Mulan's Matcha Pumpkin Spice Latte

via Valérie Litalien

The Pumpkin Spice Latte isn't always for everyone (I will admit that my "go to" fall beverage is a Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte), so here we have Mulan's choice fall beverage: the Matcha Pumpkin Spice Latte drawn by the wonderful Valérie Litalien, who took it upon herself to really get into Mulan's character for this piece.

Mulan isn't complete without her handy dandy sidekick (who always seems to act like he drank too much coffee in the first place) Mushu.

If you are looking for the iconic matcha latte with a seasonal twist, try this one out for size and let us know if it's "Mulan" enough for you.

15 Everything With Pumpkin Tastes Good

via cosmopolitan.com

I really don't have to say this twice, but I will just to make sure you all get it.

Everything with pumpkin tastes good.

I swear on the everlasting soul of the headless horseman and his happy little pumpkin head. The best part of pumpkin is how easy it is to add it to an already existing flavor: apple pumpkin spice, cinnamon pumpkin spice, chocolate pumpkin spice- you get it. My new personal favorite is the pumpkin spice muffin from Tim Horton's (I'm so Canadian). Okay, real talk... let's say you tried a pumpkin pie and didn't like the flavor. Don't despair, because pumpkin is so versatile that it will taste different due to the other ingredients around it, or even how it is baked into something.

14 Latte Art: Beauty And The Beast

Beauty and the Beast is about as "Halloween" as it gets. We have a Disney Princess being held captive by a werewolf-esque monster hiding away in a cursed castle.

The movie has some decently spooky moments, but is mostly just idling in the magical and joyous allure of all things Disney. It isn't purposefully Halloween themed, but I like to think so.

Regardless, the couple is one of the perfect moral examples for loving Halloween- I mean - someone for their inside, and not what they look like on the outside. Also, Belle refuses to be scared in a "haunted" house and succeeds.... so major brownie points for that.

13 Fall Drinks: Ariel's Chile Mocha

via Emmie (Insta: @moth_empire)

The Chile Mocha does exist, and for the more adventurous people out in the world this season, I encourage you to try it out. Ariel was matched with the Chile Mocha because she is just the adventurous type to try something as strange as this drink.

All we had to do was make the drink iced and there you have it, the perfect fall drink for Ariel (that's good enough to swim in).

This art was done by the young and talented Emmie Dossot, whose Instagram is filled with her artwork. I encourage readers to go check her out, maybe even give her a follow. With Ariel being my personal favorite princess, Emmie did not disappoint!

12 Be One With The PSL Season

via deviantart.com byTheBirdFromTheMoon

Being someone who is living, breathing, and writing Pumpkin Spice, this one could not be more relatable. As the days go past I find myself becoming one with the season more and more.

Now, with Halloween quickly encroaching in its spooky silence, things are beginning to shift from the general "autumn hype" to pure "Halloween fanatics."

Speaking for all the season's enthusiasts out there... we couldn't be more ready for it. For those who are too busy worrying about the growing cold, try to embrace the festivity a little more. There is more to fall than just waiting for Christmas. At least try a Pumpkin Spice Latte.

11 Latte Art: Ariel

via deviantart by

Here we have Ariel in a sea of coffee and foam, singing about how she wishes she could be a part of the barista's world.

Too much? No, I'm just passionate about coffee.

Not as passionate as this deviantart member, troskx who has so many of these latte art pieces in his gallery. I picked some of my favorites, but it was a hard choice. The best part of latte art is the ability to incorporate whichever Disney Princess you want in your drink without the restriction of flavor. For the latte art, I picked some very different personalities in the Disney realm and brought them all together - through coffee.

10 Pumpkin Spice Princess: Cinderella

via wallfon.com

I wanted to spread the fall vibes throughout some Princesses that wouldn't normally be known for their seasonal spirit. So here we have Cinderella on a perfect, pre-princess autumn night.

The whole look really brings out the "warm fires on a cold night" feel.

This is probably my favorite pictures from the Pumpkin Spice Princess looks, even though it is less PSL and more Fall Moments. Regardless, it takes a memorable Princess and places her in something very relatable to the PSL drinkers out there.

9 Fall Drinks: Pocahontas’ Maple Pecan Latte

via My Terrible Photoshop Skills

Quick disclaimer, I know this photoshop job isn't the best. I can type... but anything from writing to drawing is out of my skillset — but I needed to see Pocohantos represented as a drink.

I picked the maple pecan latte for Pocahontas because of the strong Canadian indigenous culture that knew the land before settlers... and therefore the maple trees. Especially because there seem to be a lot of maple leaves that billow past her at times in the movie.

8 The PSL Is A Hallmark To Halloween

via cosmopolitan.com

Nothing screams (another pun) Halloween like the Pumpkin Spice Latte in early October.

Pumpkin Spice Latte = Pumpkins | Pumpkins = Halloween. Easy, right?

That's one of the other great things about pumpkins... they are relevant in both lattes AND Halloween. Mixing these is never a bad thing. That's why the PSL is such an iconic hallmark to all things autumn. Its release is so perfectly timed (and publicized) that it sends society into the fall season. From there on things only gain momentum, until everyone is spiraling in a perfectly steamed, perfectly spiced, and perfectly pumpkin mentality.

7 Latte Art: Cinderella And Prince Charming

I could totally picture Cinderella baking endless pumpkin flavored treats for her hubby, Prince Charming, and all her friends in the village. She is so warm-hearted that it's easy to imagine the perfect couple enjoying literally every possible holiday together under the sun (or moon).

I bet Cinderella can make a really, really good pumpkin pie.

That being said, what else can warm the heart of the warm-hearted? Nothing other than a perfect cup of coffee and its accompanying latte art, which I'm sure Cinderella could make with her humble perfectionist soul.

6 Pumpkin Spice Princess: Snow White

via images4fanpop.com

Here we are with Snow White, her skin as white as snow and her lips as red as the fall leaves surrounding her.

Red is always in, but during the fall it really becomes itself, a living breathing color to symbolize the season... from red leaves to fake handprints, etc.

Snow White embodies a lot of things relating to Winter and Spring, so seeing her in Fall style feels very out-of-element. Not that this is a bad thing. I'm sure Snow White would enjoy fall just as much as any other season, and she would sing beautiful songs about the leaves... or more likely, about the Pumpkin Spice Latte.

5 Fall Drinks: Cinderella’s Salted Caramel Mocha

via Zoe Mix (Instagram @zoesuave)
cinderalla's salted caramel mocha

While all the other artists drew digitally, Zoe took a more traditional approach by drawing on paper. The turn out is incomparable to the digital work, as they all have their own beautiful and unique qualities. Be sure to also check out Zoe's instagram and see all of her #inktober progress this month.

Cinderella is the perfect salty, yet sweet caramel mocha.

She embodies the fall drink perfectly in looks and spirit. It's a good thing she's holding onto her shoe, or else she surely would have lost it at the bottom of the coffee cup (and I don't think prince charming would be willing to go swimming for it).

4 There’s Nothing Like A PSL With Friends

via cosmopolitan.com

Anything with friends is better, especially a Pumpkin Spice Latte, or a group of Disney Princess friends enjoying their own Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

We're back again to the one and only, the forever reigning Queen of fall drinks - but enjoyed by the masses and not alone.

Although it may sound weird, the PSL is something people could bond over. It allows people to discuss their love of fall, or maybe perhaps their fear of winter. It warms the soul of whoever may be drinking it, and that warmth is definitely something worth sharing... unless your friend doesn't like pumpkin... never force pumpkin on a pumpkin hater.

3 Latte Art: Mulan

We can never get enough of Mulan and the lovable Mushu. Unfortunately, this latte art doesn't have Mushu in it, but one could imagine the dragon somewhere nearby... and accidentally wreaking havoc. This is probably my favorite latte art, because it once again shows off Mulan's personality that goes beyond the princess persona.

Part of me wishes I had found latte art of Mushu, but he isn't a princess.

Either way, Mulan's serene beauty really shows through the warm foam and probably very delicious coffee. I would hate to ruin such beautiful art if this was on my coffee, but I need to add sugar to my lattes if I want to actually drink it.

2 All We Can Think About Is When We'll Get Our Next PSL

via cosmopolitan.com

As I briefly mentioned earlier, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is one of the most ICONIC fall drinks, being introduced at Starbucks in 2003. The PSL is now quickly growing into her teenage years, and her existence is something worth celebrating.

Never had a Pumpkin Spice Latte? It is a melodic mix of harvest essence and caffeinated magic.

I dare say it, folks...it's warm pumpkin-y perfection in a cup (if you like pumpkin... otherwise you might hate it).

1 Pumpkin Spice Princess: Tiana

Tiana from The Princess and the Frog is radiant in red and orange. Of course, her usual green dress is amazing too, but this really hits you on the head with PSL vibes.

It even goes as far as to reminisce the wondrous pumpkin spice dusting that blesses the whipped cream with its presence through the dress's many layers.

Knowing Tiana's character, she would easily rock this dress in the autumn season. But really, she would look good in anything. Unfortunately, Tiana doesn't take the Pumpkin Spice Cake when it comes to being the one true Pumpkin Spice Princess. So, who does?
