If you've watched any Disney movies, you'll know just how difficult it is to get rid of their movies' soundtracks. There's just something about Disney soundtracks that will unearth your long-lost childhood memories. You'll feel that way once you race through Disney Speedstorm with familiar faces.

You're not only going to be seeing your favorite characters in this game, but you're also going to be hearing their movies' official soundtracks in remixes your younger self wouldn't have been able to imagine. Most of them will awaken your childlike wonder and nostalgia, but those that are race-track-worthy get your head bopping.

16 Toon Village 1

Toon Village from Disney Speedstorm

The Toon Village 1 sounding-off at the beginning of your races in Toon Village is nostalgic of the Mickey Mouse Club March. Except this time, it has this electric, live-wire vibe to it. It's certain to set you off on a good mood as you race, whether on your own or in co-op.

It's a pretty sick beat, all else considered, since Disney never misses on soundtracks, but it's not as memorable as the rest of the other tracks you'll be hearing in the game.

15 Jungle Ruin 2

Ancient Ruins from Disney Speedstorm

Even if you're racing in Ancient Ruins, you'll feel like you're about to attend a neat beach party with Jungle Ruin 2—almost as if you've come to party all night here instead of racing your game away. It sounds like a true bop you hear with a coconut husk in hand.

It's a good intro piece to get you revving away in the ruins, but just know that you're not just dancing around and have a race to win. This one definitely lives up to the lax advice contained in The Bare Necessities.

14 Toon Village 2

Mickey racing in Toon Village from Disney Speedstorm

Many love racing around Toon Village for being a fun and colorful track, but two of the three Toon Village soundtracks can really get you revving, even with Goofy on the wheel. Toon Village 2 is always a great choice if you're having a friendly race with friends.

It's a good bop overall, and the consistent guitar riffs will make it hard for you to get this piece out of your head. Even if you're not racing along these tracks, you'll want to listen to this piece to hype you up at the start of your day.

13 Toon Village 3

Donald Duck from Disney Speedstorm Trailer

If Toon Village 2 is a little too sunny for your liking, Toon Village 3 makes you feel like you're running against the clock on a spy mission. Except this time, you're probably trying to outrun Mickey and Donald Duck all too seriously.

You'll slightly be reminded of the 007 Theme with how the piano is played in the first part of this track, but it gets progressively less James Bond and more Three Musketeers as the piece goes on, which gives you a blend of adventurousness and intensity.

12 Great Wall 2

Zigzag from Disney Speedstorm

Great Wall 2 is the calmer part of the Great Wall track. It still features a beat you can definitely race to, and you'll find yourself speeding away with Mulan for the honor of the Fa family, but it's not as intense as its first half and not as iconic as the next pieces.

It's a good way to end the first half of a piece, but overall not the part you'd smash replay to. Nevertheless, it still makes racing around Zigzag with Mulan sound good and compliments the visuals of the track just as well, despite it having a completely modern vibe.

11 Pirate's Life 1

Pirate Bay from Disney Speedstorm

All the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtracks in this game are great, and Pirate's Life 1 is no exception. It greets you at the start of the race in Pirate's Bay and is a good way to make a shanty sound electro, which pretty much makes it sound quirky but just as intense.

The blend of familiar Pirates of the Caribbean music and the electro is suitable for kart racing, even if it's done on the shores of Jack's familiar ships and seas. It's great but falls slightly behind the two other Pirate's Life pieces just because they embody the series' franchise much better.

10 Time For Tea 2

Main Hall from Beauty and the Beast

You'll hear Mrs. Pots come to life in the Main Hall of the Beast's castle in this remixed version of Beauty and the Beast. The best part is that you get to race in the Main Hall, which features all sorts of references to the castle and its contents.

Time For Tea 2 plays in the Main Hall and has a rushed and upbeat sound to it. It's still true to heart, a Beauty and the Beast classic—just revamped into a race-worthy (and probably dance-worthy) beat.

9 Time For Tea 3

Belle jumping tracks from Disney Speedstorm

Time For Tea 3 feels like a piece where the villain enters at its cue—which is pretty accurate since it alludes to Gaston's theme, which paints him as the perfect man in town who's all too good for Belle. But instead of being as lively as its original version, it's played in a key that makes it sound upbeat yet unnerving.

If you thought you wouldn't need to hear Gaston's song in dubstep, Time For Tea 3 gives you no choice but to do so while you play the game. It's perfect for revving your engine away, especially if you can imagine the "nice guy" Gaston chasing after you.

8 Time For Tea 1

Rose from Beauty and The Beast in Disney Speedstorm

The Beauty and the Beast theme is probably one of the most romantic songs you've heard of as a child, but hearing it as a dubstep remix just brings such a refreshing and thrilling feeling to it. You probably can still imagine Belle and the Beast dancing to it; just skip hundreds of centuries and set it in a rave.

Thinking about it differently, you probably can see this song play as an alternate credit to the whole story of Beauty and the Beast. Its lively and fast rhythm makes you think about all the things that Belle had to overcome in her story—if it's not making you feel like you need to rush past the Belle you're playing against.

7 Pirate's Life 3

Skull Cove ship from Disney Speedstorm

Pirate's Life 3 feels like a fish out of water, and that's because it's distinctly unique from the other three pieces. It definitely sounds like a track where you go to war, with cannons launching and pirates rallying at the behest of their captain.

The electric guitars and violins sing perfectly and blend seamlessly in this track, but its beat feels a little slower in comparison to the other Pirate's Life pieces. While it gets your blood rushing for its off-to-battle vibe, it's not exactly going to be your first choice for races.

6 Pirate's Life 4

Elizabeth Swann racing in Skull Cove from Disney Speedstorm

Ever imagined Jack Sparrow dancing to a modern remix of Pirates Montage in the Black Pearl? Probably, since it's not the most outlandish thing that man has done in all of his movies. You'll probably forget you're using a kart when your ear catches a specific part of this piece and go straight into pirate mode.

It's a good way of revamping a classic piece and turning it into a tune that the modern Jack Sparrow would dance, or rather, race to—since this worldly pirate is also a playable character in the game.

5 Pirate's Life 2

Jack Sparrow selection from Disney Speedstorm

Pirate's Life 2 is the cyberpunk-rock version of Pirates of the Caribbean's He's A Pirate theme, which makes it sounds like its own thing—probably with a mostly bionic Captain Jack Sparrow and a mechanical monkey on the side. But the mechanical quality of it is perfect for driving you to the finish line since it blends well with the scenery of the tracks.

The electric guitars, horns, and violins blend seamlessly in this track, creating this symphonic madness that can urge you to move faster towards victory. It's just racer and pirate approved altogether.

4 Jungle Ruin 1

Baloo racing Under the Jungle in Disney Speedstorm

The Bare Necessities is a song that encourages Mowgli to chill and let nature provide for him since he's in the jungle, but Jungle Ruins 1 doesn't feel like you can chill a lot even when Baloo's voice echoes The Bare Necessities in this piece.

The music imitates the roar of the engines and the sigh of the exhausts, and with the added hard beat of this game, you'll see the jungle before you on the racetrack. The bare necessities may come in life, but winning a race is hard work.

3 Mount Olympus 2

Hermes' Circuit and Hercules in Disney Speedstorm

The Gospel Truth in punk rock is a blend you'll have to hear yourself if you want to feel like The Muses are rooting for your victory. The instrumentals may have changed, but the vocals haven't—which makes it an odd blend that works.

Whether you're racing with Hercules as The Muses narrate Greek prehistory or driving with Meg to beat Hercules himself, you can't go wrong with Mount Olympus 2 if you're a big fan of Hercules' soundtrack and the voices of the original Muses.

2 Mount Olympus 1

Hercules at the start of a race in Disney Speedtstorm

Nothing goes harder than a remix of The Gospel Truth and the nostalgic choruses of The Muses. This is probably what's become of the Greek Pantheon after a few millennia, and it's great to know that The Muses have adapted to the times.

Undeniably, the vocals in Mount Olympus 2 are striking and heavenly, even if they're mostly in the background. It may sound a little chaotic with its clash of old and new, but it's definitely still just as epic in this remix. If this doesn't push you to race to the top like Hercules, nothing might be able to do so.

1 The Great Wall 1

Mulan racing in Pirate Bay from Disney Speedstorm

Let's get down to business, to defeat... The cars? Any Mulan fan will throw their heads back and forth at the sound of I'll Make A Man Out Of You in a dubstep remix, which is well-executed in The Great Wall 1. You're probably already thinking about Mulan beating the odds and climbing to reach the arrow with weights on.

Except this time, she's most likely speeding her way past Shang to get her point across. This piece is explosive at the start and fades gracefully in the end, which is a good way to go about go-karting.
