Dr Disrespect has made it a habit of recording his reactions to watching the latest Cyberpunk reveals and trailers. On the surface, this just looks like another influencer that’s excited about the most-hyped game the world has ever seen, but it might actually go much deeper than that.

A few days ago, Dr Disrespect tweeted out that he has some sort of big plan for Cyberpunk 2077. "Just wait until you see what we have planned,” wrote Doc. “Next level.”

Anyone who knows the Doc realizes this could just be his usual bombastic hyperbole, but it might also mean that there’s a real collaboration in the works. Doc just wrapped a big collaboration with Rogue Company, Hi-Rez’s big online hero shooter, where Dr Disrespect appears as a Dallas skin that looks basically exactly like him. And he also helped create the new The Arena map, too.

The Two Time used to work for Sledgehammer as a level designer for Call of Duty, so this isn’t just a joke--the guy knows what he’s doing.

So what could a Dr Disrespect X Cyberpunk 2077 collab look like? Will he appear in the actual game? Will there be some sort of Doc cosmetic option? Maybe an NPC cameo? Or will he just decorate his digital studio to be all Cyberpunk and have a world's first playthrough?

It's hard to say. We do know that he was upset about getting passed up to play Johnny Silverhand in favor of Keanu Reeves, so maybe the NPC thing isn't all that far-fetched.

If you're looking for the story of how Doc got kicked off Twitch, sorry, but that's not in his new book, VIOLENCE. SPEED. MOMENTUM. Instead, it’s an autobiographical look at how the good Doctor came to exist, from the beginnings as merely Herschel "Guy" Beahm IV to his modern-day wrestler-style persona. Hardcovers and digital ebooks are available to pre-order now for a full release on March 30, 2021.
