A Dr Disrespect fan asked him what he thinks about VALORANT yesterday, and Doc responded by falling asleep.

Riot's upcoming CS:GO-inspired competitive shooter will begin its closed beta next weekend, but players got a small taste yesterday when most of Twitch's top streamers were all given access to the game a week early. We say most, because Dr Disrespect decided he'd rather get sweaty in Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris.

The play session Friday was a "Drops Enabled" event in which viewers could earn access to next week's closed beta simply by watching their favorite streamer play the game. Unlike other recent releases, none of the streamers were paid to play the game. Instead, their incentive was an increase in viewership from the drops. It worked: VALORANT pulled in hundreds of thousands of viewers on Twitch yesterday and was by far the most-watched game on the platform.

Dr Disrespect may be holding out for a payday, or he may honestly not be all that interested in the game. The 2 Time is known for his battle royale prowess, but when it comes to Counter-Strike, he's never performed particularly well.

We expect to see Doc streaming VALORANT on day 1 of the closed beta along with every other major streamer. Whether he sticks with it or floats back to Warzone (His most played game lately), we'll just have to wait and see.
